Sat in the waiting room for over an hour no one even spoke to me 45 minutes into waiting they decided to call my insurance The lady behind the desk was sick and complaining about how she cannot go to her classes because her nose is running and she does not feel well. They then proceed to call everybody who had arrived after me into the office. As a former patient of the most excellent Dr. Alpana Goswami, I took for granted Dr. Aujla would be a suitable replacement. I was mistaken. Aside from the billing issues I experienced post transition, the quality of care is almost non-existent. Dr Aujla is difficult to understand/slurring, and lax at continuity of care regarding necessary and recommended testing milestones. This is quite remarkable considering the time spent staring at the computer and patient record during a visit. Prescriptions are late to be refilled and often require multiple follow ups as the pharmacy doesn't receive a timely response for refill confirmations. It's almost as if he is eager to rid himself of existing clientele and position himself for retirement. He seems to be running on auto-pilot. Apart from some of the caring staff carried over from Dr. Goswami's Rockville office, there is no reason I could recommend this practice, however one particular hire is very rude and not suited for customer service.

Great service, i don't go to any other doctor for my check-up. Will recommend Dr. Aujla to anyone who is looking for an experienced and friendly doctor. Thank you Dr Aujla!

dont go to this office. they are thieves. i went twice for annual wellness check upand i got charged both times $360 after 10 months. they are just trying to make money. stay away.

This so called Dr is very rude and unprofessional. He literally told me to look for another Dr because I missed an appointment. Who does that? another thing: you can barely understand what he is saying

Within 5-10 minutes, he will be seeing you with smiling face. Regardless, who you are, he spend a very good amount of time with you, explains you about your disease and treatment planes including follow up. without any hesitation,I recommend him. I love this doctor. I been a patient of doctor Aujla for many years and he has always treated me with respect. He takes his time to LISTEN to my concerns without rushing me. He patiently explain any results i may have and chooses the best treatment for me. The office is very clean and the staff is extremely welcoming. I RECOMMEND DR AUJLA. He is a very rude doctor. I’m coming for a physical and he is telling me i need to go to my old doctors office and get them to fill out a form on previous history. I had an appointment for 5:15. When I arrived there were 4 people ahead of me. I was waiting for over an hour and still haven’t been seen yet. I decided to leave and ask for a refund because they take entirely too long. The only nice part about this office is the receptionist named Lisa.

This visit was complete waste of time and money. Very hard to understand what he is saying. Had to make an appointment with another doctor to deal with my issue.
