Hi Doctor I have tendons problems in tendon Achilles very painful

One of the best doctors I have ever met. She is exceptionally caring , listens to the patient concerns and quietly dispels any of their fears. Not only is she diligent but she follows up after surgery . I highly recommend Dr. Hilliard. She is a people person and the love for her profession shows in the way she cares for others. I can’t thank her enough for going several extra miles in the care and healing of my brothers foot surgery. You are awesome and blessed Dr. Hilliard. One of the best doctors I have ever met. The office staff is very efficient pleasant. The doctor is good and the wat time very good . The office enviroment is clean and neat. I also like her office hours evening and morning.

First time my visit was very efficient and knowledgeable. She really took care of my wound and feet. High five to the doctor

This review is about the answering service that picks up calls for this office. I was appalled by the conversation that I heard with a coworker of mine today. We work for a non-profit that works with the DC Department of Disability Services. As a nurse my coworker schedules medical appointments for our clients. The phone was picked up by a woman named Lisa. She greeted my co-worker very chirpily. When he responded her tone changed from chirpy to mean and sarcastic. He greeted her and then told her he wanted to make an appointment for one of our clients. Now my coworker has a bit of an accent that is not American but is still very much understandable. She responded saying “okay, what do you want” He repeated who he was calling about and why he was calling. She again responded saying “who are you and why are you calling here” He stated that he was the clients nurse and he was calling to make an appointment for him. She proceeded to ask him to spell nurse. After he spelled it out for her, she said “okay now what do you want”. After, having repeated himself 3 times he stated once again that he wanted to make an appointment for his client. At which point she said, “we don’t make appointments here”. Then he asked if he could leave a message and she asked said “what do you want to leave a message about”, again he stated why he was calling. After giving him a very hard time asking him to spell out every word, he said she said, “thank you for this very pleasant conversation” in the nastiest most sarcastic voice and hung up on him without even letting him know that she had taken his message down or anything. I happen to overhear how the answering service treated my co-worker and decided to write about it with the hope that in the future this office will work with people who will treat others the way they want to be treated. It seems like Ms. Lisa was rude to my co worker because she heard his accent and thought that he doesn’t deserve the same respect and fair treatment as anybody else she might encounter over the phone.
