Dr. Patrick M Reidy

I was referred to him after a complete hearing test by a hearing doctor. After a 30 second test with a tunning fork I was instructed on how to read lips. I also spoke to a neighbor who saw this doctor three years ago, she also left his office furious.

I rarely write reviews for a variety of reasons but felt the service I received was exceptional from start to finish and merited a few moments of my time. As a new patient I needed to ensure that this office accepted my insurance plan. When I called the office to schedule an appt I was put in touch with a member of their billing dept to definitively confirm this. I wanted to make sure that they accepted my insurance plan because unfortunately other offices have given me incorrect insurance information and after scheduling an appt, I have then been notified a few days before the actual appt that the doctor does not accept my insurance plan. Very frustrating! When I arrived for my appointment, everyone that I had contact with was welcoming, courteous and efficient. I came away with the sense that they all took their jobs seriously and it was clear from my interactions that this office had their act together….above and beyond any other drs office that I have visited since moving full time to Fl! Dr. Reidy is a phenomenal physician. I saw him for a test of my middle ear, which was negative. Even though it's not his specialty he believes I have neurologic issues so referred me to a neurologist. I thin he's an excellent diagnostician, outstanding physician and super nice guy. I highly recommend him!

I saw Dr Reidy for very painful Oral Lichen Planus. He seem to give me a thorough exam and more or less told me nothing could be done. He prescribed a steroid mouth rinse which did nothing. He never asked me to come back for a follow up visit and did not offer any other options. It was a waste of time.

This Doctor is one of the very best in Naples, I have been seeing him off and on for the past l years and he get you in on time ,He never lets you set and wait in a waiting room., He treats the problem right the first time.

I found his comments outlandish on several occasions. In search of a health problem and in an attempt to share some of my recent visits to other doctors in the area, he made remarks that are not professional. In our conversation on the effects of sugar, he didn't see a problem as many older people are sitting at MacDonalds doing just fine, eating carbs and sugar products. When I mentioned that I was not pleased and stopped taking an anti depressant pill given my GP, he replied that patients going off their meds was causing all the killings and shootings across the country. Really.

Dr. Reidy is a poor physician. He misdiagnosed a problem and gave a wrong prognosis. There may be a treatment or way to help when he says there is none. Go see a good ENT man like Dr. Laskowski ....really.

Dr. Reidl was awesome, one of the few doctor visits where I left feelings completely satisfied and like the doctor was completely transparent with me. He gave me an honest assessment and spoke to me like intelligently, he was not condescending like some doctors and was not in a hurry (like most doctors), he took the time to answer all my questions, and I had a lot of them. He can’t treat my broken nose (because it needs external work), so I can’t comment on his work, but I would trust him.

The staff and Dr Reidy were very professional and knowledgeable. The procedure relieved a problem I had for years.They even returned a call I had made late in the afternoon. I give them a 10+

My son was seen by Dr Reidy two times with me present in the room and to my surprise, we were billed for endoscopies for both times when my son absolutely never had one either time. I contacted them and they refused to remove the erroneous charges, threatening to send to collection so successfully extorted nearly 400 dollars from us in order for us to try to preserve our credit records. The billing dept. even bragged they always charge for those because usually medicare and medicaid just pay!

Dr Reidy fixed my broken nose through surgery. I trust him so much I am sending my father to him.

Knowledgeable, confident, easy to talk to and a good listener. Dr. Reidy prepared me very well for what I would experience during and after my tonsillectomy; I felt very well-prepared for the experience. His follow-up phone calls to check on my recovery were so reassuring. Best doctor / patient experience I've ever had!

I was having nasal congestion problems for more than two months, and took two doses of antibiotics to relieve symptoms. Dr. Reidy readily diagnosed the problem, and I was relieved within 12 hours. He was great!!
