As an older patient in my 60's I had serious orthodontic problems and needed an experienced and skilled orthodontist. Dr Cain took very good care of me from start to finish. His plan of treatment made sense, and he was very attentive to my needs and concerns during the entire process. He went out of his way to address every issue and to achieve the best results possible. A true professional and a caring person. The office is very nice, and the staff is very helpful. Appointments are convenient, and so is the parking. Covid precautions and procedures were good. I would recommend Dr Cain to anyone at any age for good orthodontic care.

I became Dr. Cain's patient in 2009 and, in addition to being in my 30s, I also presented a difficult orthodontic case with complications from prior dental treatments. Nonetheless, Dr. Cain has given me a beautiful smile I never hoped to have! Unlike other dentists I had a misfortune to deal with, Dr. Cain is crystal honest, highly skilled and very talented. I still go to his office for any kind of post treatment adjustments or repairs. It is always a pleasure to visit his practice in Brightwaters, and I always get the help I need. I wish I had been treated by Dr. Cain at a much earlier age! But I am very grateful, anyway and I highly recommend this specialist to anybody in need of better or perfectly aligned teeth:) Thanks!

Dr. Cain and his staff are wonderful. Two of my daughters have had orthodontic treatment at his office; my third daughter will begin her treatment soon. Professional, honest and meticulous- you will not be disappointed! Time is taken at each appointment to explain where you are in your course of treatment, what to expect next and any questions or concerns are always addressed. Dr. Cain is truly amazing! While my daughter and I were visiting from Atlanta, her braces broke. Dr. Cain’s office fit her in and expertly fixed her problem! They could not have been nicer or more helpful!!! If we lived in town, Dr. Cain would definitely be our orthodontist.

3 of my 4 daughters have needed braces. The oldest went to Dr. Cain 12 years ago and my youngest is going now. Dr. Cain does a fantastic job. He and his staff are professional, kind and courteous. The results he gets are beautiful and they last!

Doctor Cain is an excellent orthodontist. He is meticulous, professional, and is continually keeping himself educated in his field. I would absolutely suggest your child come here to get braces.
