We have had nothing, but mix ups and mistakes since going to this office. The staff is not helpful. Wait times to speak to anyone is outlandish. We are told one thing and waste our time driving out there and then arrive only to be told something else. If it was not for my daughter’s pediatrician telling us what a great doctor Dr Paul D is, I would never step foot in this office again to deal with this highly disorganized staff. My sons favorite doctor of all time. He is honest, funny, and has so much experience. He knows what he is talking about. He can take exams that could be awkward for kids and makes jokes. He is so kind. Our insurance denied coverage twice and he just kept going and doing what was needed to get insurance approval. We never waited over 30 min, and never had any staff problems but even if we waited for an hour each time he would be worth it. We have been done with our treatment for a few years (very successful ) and were just looking for his address to send him a graduation announcement. I had to take a minute to give a review. Love this place...Dr. Desrosiers is amazing, can't say enough about him. He took his his time with my son, answered all my questions and paid close attention to my concerns. Thank you for everything.

Dr. Derosiers is fantastic. He talks to my daughter on her level. He patiently answers her questions and mine. I recommend him to everyone who needs a pediatric endocrinologist.

I went to see him with my son; and he is the most sweet, caring & funny doctor ever saw in my life!!

Best pediatric office I have been to. Office is very busy but extremely friendly and efficient. Dr. Desrosiers is wonderful with children and a very knowledgeable. He takes his time and explains everything thoroughly.

I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Paul Desrosiers for a few years now. We absolutely love him. He was recommended to me by her primary care physician and I have to say, I could not be happier. He as well as his staff are wonderful. I would not dream of taking my daughter anywhere else.
