Unkind. No empathy. Terrible bedside manner. Left me in tears

I have never met a more unkind doctor in my life. He may be good at transplants because he doesn't actually have to talk to you because your unconscious's. He is verbally abusive and everything is your fault if your liver is failing even if it is a genetic condition. He was so mean all I could do was cry which is not good for someone sick already. He saved my life.

Really excellent liver doctor, spent a lot of time with my family member, very thorough, great bed side manner, totally confident, I was very impressed

Dr. Gaglio's credentials speak for themselves. What it doesn't show, is how he treats his patients. Prior to speaking with Dr. Gaglio, you know he is a good doctor. After speaking to him, he is a good person as well. He patiently listens to your concerns and then answers them. Ask the same question in five different ways, and he'll answer each like he did the first.

Dr. Gaglio is a wonderful physician who clearly cares deeply for his patients and goes above and beyond to ensure he gives them the absolute best care. He has incredible bedside manner and was able to make me feel comfortable every step of the way during my treatment. I have recommended this physician to my family and friends!

I was referred to Dr Gaglio from my gastroenterologist who was at his wit's end trying to figuring out how to take care of my liver. I felt very comfortable with Dr Gaglio, he was friendly and very well informed. He has published many articles and lectures all over the world on liver disease, and he was able to figure out what was wrong with my liver and started me on therapy. He was always available to answer my calls, and would speak with my family members to explain what was wrong with me.

A co-worker of mine had a parent that was experiencing health issues including developing hepatitis. My mother had similar issues and her GI recommended Dr. Gaglio who provided excellent care for her and she is managing her condition very well. I referred my co-worker to Dr. Gaglio and a month or so later he told me his mother was doing very well and actually liked visiting and chatting with Dr. Gaglio.

Dr Gaglio has always demonstrated knowledge of all medical treatments and provides clear explanations of the procedures. His focus is on the patient health and recovery and addresses any concerns of the family. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and acquaintances.

i am not sure where this negative review for Dr Gaglio came from. I was referred to Dr Gaglio from another GI doctor to figure out what was wrong with me. He was very kind and compassionate, quickly diagnosed and treated my problem, and was very thorough. He always returned my calls, scheduled the correct tests, and was always available. My liver condition is much better now that Dr Gaglio is taking care of me

Negligence doesn't even begin to describe how Gaglio treated my father. We had no idea how sick my father was because Gaglio allowed him to take the wrong type of MRI for a year. Gaglio treated my father for constipation when it was clear once we finally got him to the hospital that his liver was de compensating. Turns out 60% of his liver was occupied by a tumor, one which Gaglio made us believe was a noncancerous mass. He was absent while we were at the hospital and didn't return our calls.
