Dr. Langer was thorough and professional. He answered all my questions and had an immediate solution for my recurrent issue. Problem solved easily on the first visit with no further follow-up needed! I recommend him to anyone. He is personable, has a good sense of humor, and very competent!

I was a patient of Dr. Langer’s in 2013 when I had a broken foot. His quality of care was excellent. He worked with me throughout the healing process and I had no trouble with the foot ongoing. I am currently a patient of Dr. Langer with a broken foot again. He worked with me to find the correct boot to stabilize and heal it. Dr. Paul Langer came highly recommended to me by my running teammates. He gave me excellent medical advice on a foot issue and I was able to get back to running.

So knowledgeable and in depth with evaluation and assessment of my ongoing plantar fasciitis! Knows his research so well and understands the urgency of a runner wanting to return to running as quickly as possible!

Exceptionally pleasant bed side manners, very effective and sensitive to patient needs and feelings. Wonderful staff working with him. In a word: the epitome of Minnesota nice, with superb professional skills to boot.

Good professional job of handling plantar fasciitis

Paul was very knowledgeable and laid out a clear plan for recovery. Glad I went.

Dr. Langer listens well and spends adequate time helping me reach my goals for eradicating my foot pain. He develops great orthotics and his assistant, Adam, does a good job adjusting the orthotics. Saw Dr. Langer once before and found him very helpful and informative. Went to the Urgent Care for an acute injury and to my surprise he was able to fit me in to his clinic! I was there total about 1.5 hours. Both times I was very impressed with the clinic staff - kind, attentive and professional.

Pleasant doctor to work with and upfront...

I had seen another podiatrist two years ago for my foot pain with no results. Dr. Langer listened to me and asked questions. He suggested a simple modification in my shoe to try for pain relief and several shoe models that I should try. He explained his diagnosis and my foot seems to be responding. Dr. Paul Langer and his team gave me excellent care. They were quick to see me, were friendly, professional, listened well and proposed a very practical, inexpensive treatment plan. I highly recommend them.

Worst place to go. A lot of waiting. They pretty much tell you that they won't see you unless they can take more x-rays, even if you have current ones. I asked why, and the tech told me a "bone could have moved"??? I should have walked out then. Spent over 30 min waiting for the doctor, who spent all of 5 or 10 min talking to me. What a waste of time. Won't go back to this place. A lot of other good doctors out there that aren't trying to build up the bill. Worst place to go. A lot of waiting. Dr. Langer & Adam are the best. My plantar fasciitis pain was so bad I could hardly walk down 5 flights of stairs to to my mailbox. Now it's almost entirely gone. Custom orthotics were used at first, but the real solution came in with the ultrasound. I could not trust my foot health to any other team.

I was referred to TCO by an athletic trainer whom I really trust. She suggested Dr Langer and she was correct! I thought my work up on my issue was thorough and gave me confidence in moving forward with the pain I was experiencing. It didn’t take me anytime to get an appointment and the wait when I arrived was less than 5 minutes!

My appointment with Dr. Langer was in regards to a painful big toe caused by my daily walking routine, which I thought was possibly an ingrown nail. After Dr. Langer’s examination of my toe and multiple questions, he then ran a few tests and an X-ray. Our final conversation after the tests was extremely informative and professional as to what I could do regarding this problem. Wonderful care from the moment you step in the door! Very strict safety protocols but all done with a friendly attitude. The staff was great, Dr. Langer himself was so personable and knowledgeable, spent the right amount of time explaining my condition. I’d highly recommend!

Brought my son in for an ingrown toe nail. Dr. Langer made him feel at ease and showed genuine concern for my sons' comfort throughout the procedure. I would have no hesitation recommending Dr. Langer to anyone and will return to him if needed.

Going to a podiatrist for bunions isn't glamorous - and I got more than I expected. They are efficient, Dr. Langer was thorough, took his time and explained my options. Everyone there is very customer service focused. I highly recommend them.

Dr Langer is a knowledgeable compassionate physician. I had some feet issues and needed surgery and custom made inserts for my shoes. I am now back to walking 6 miles a day with NO pain!!! Adam, Dr Langer’s assistant has been great about custom making the inserts got my shoes!!!

Dr Langer is truly the best orthopedic doctor out there! I am an avid runner and have seen him for multiple issues with my feet and lower legs over the last few years, and he’s ahead of the game on his research and treatment strategies. Highly recommend him!

Went in as 61 year old runner trying to overcome the final stretch of plantar fasciitis caused by doing some ill-advised landscaping in bad shoes. Dr. Langer (a runner and cyclist) provided a couple additional foot yoga exercises, I had not tried. He also dug deep into the issue. How it happened? What I've been doing for treatment? What changes I should make to my self-treatment? What type of pain is okay to tolerate? How to find a good insert from a running store (which he will tweak for you as needed) What to do before jumping out of bed in the morning? He also recommended the shock therapy as an additional treatment option. I'll let the reader of this explore more on their own, but as the day went on, I started to feel the annoying remnants of PF begin to fade. The next day felt even better. The success rate is there. It still requires doing all the other self-treatment diligence, but already feeling better. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Dr. Langer. He was a knowledgeable and empathetic listener, took time to listen to my concerns, addressed any questions I had, clearly explained my options for treatment with a description of what each would entail. He was able and offered to do a procedure in the office the same day to remove a toenail that had been injured for a long time. He also checked the underlying tissue to ensure there was no melanoma or other skin problem. He was busy but clearly took the time he needed with each patient without ever feeling rushed. Having worked for a doctor similar in demeanor, this was a sign of dedication to each patient. His staff from his scheduling coordinator, to nurse and tech staff were also very thorough. It was nice to see a doctor who was both very competent and showed a real interest and kindness toward his patients. I would definitely go back for future care, and would recommend Dr. Langer.

very comprehensive review of my complaint. New and up to date technology for making orthotics... also did some taping of my heel to provide relief on a temporary basis. Great suggestion for proper foot wear to relieve pain and heel plantar facitis.

Dr. Langer is always such a genius! And so good at explaining things!

Dr Langer has been helping me with my feet problems for a few years now. He always gives me clear recommendations and several options for footwear to try. He is attentive to my situation and tries to alleviate my pain with orthotics I have gotten at TCO. I always leave with a written evaluation, which I like. He has a good sense of humor too, and he always asks if I have questions, so I never feel rushed.

Dr. Langer is amazing and highly recommended. He diagnosed and treated a foot injury for me while I was training for a marathon with a goal of making my first Boston Qualifying time! Although I wasn't able to run on the road, I was able to keep training with alternative methods and nurse my foot back to health in time to attain that elusive BQ time! He understood my frustration, anguish and desire to keep after my goal and he worked with me to do everything we could to get healthy and back out there. One of the most helpful aspects of his therapy was how he reassured me and his confidence in the healing process if I followed his plan. He listened! He heard! He reassured! and He got me there! Dr. Langer is an exceptional doctor. He and his team are fantastic with communication and explanations. I have and will continue to send people to see him. Dr. Langer has helped keep me running & racing competitively for years!! Most recently he recommended Electrocorporeal Shock Wave Therapy for my chronic Achilles tendinosis (versus a more invasive procedure), and he was able to completely resolve it & help that leg return to full functioning! As a result, I have been able to experience a very successful racing season, which has included multiple age records. Dr. Langer & Adam (his knowledgeable assistant) are very skilled & highly recommended!
