Dr. Owens used to be my doctor for years. He is amazing.

You won't get a bill for months from whatever this doctor's service was performed in the ER. Then the billing company handling collection of his charges is the rudest and most unprofessional staff located in Red Bank, NJ. Someone named Melissa that i had to deal with trying to find out what a bill I received 4 months after the fact was for. The doctor needs to advise a manager how to train the employees or contractors how to treat people with respect and courtesy! This is unacceptable and reflects a doctor's imagine of how people work for him.
