Dr. Stas is outstanding, caring, and very thorough. He is my doctor for my diabetes for 5 years now, and I have cystic fibrosis. The staff has always been kind and courteous, and his nurse is fantastic ! Thank you for the great care ! Debbie P

He was uninformed regarding my treatment, ended up with a fracture that could have been avoided. Was a patient for several years but he made an additional error in my treatment because he didn’t review my tests before having his nurse treat me. Won’t go back.

Good, knowledgeable doctor with bedside manner. I have been under care for quite some times. My quality of life has improved significantly.

If I could rate a zero, I would. He was my endocrinologist for about 4 yrs. in that time his interest was ensuring that I schedule the next appointment. His ‘visits’ lasted no more than 5 minutes. They consisted of confirming the medication I was on on his little laptop, which he prescribed. I’ve been a type 1 diabetic since 2004, on insulin. He has sent records to my general dr that I was type 2. When told, he told me that I could be type2. I questioned him about the difference, he fumbled.

Dr. Stas is very thorough, spends adequate time with the patient and focuses on the most persistent problems. Although I have all the complications that have arisen from my diabetes. He has helped me get to the point where my diabetes is no longer the problem, and I am no longer using insulin. We can now focus on the other issues that have come up
