Dr. Paul H Yoshino

This is the worst doctor for women. He dismissed, belittled, and fat shamed me. He said my ekg reading was abnormal because I have a large chest! I’m a 36D! Also, my appointment was at 8am and he didn’t see me until 9:30! The only good thing is he did order more tests, but I don’t even want to go back to him to get the results.

Total waste of time. My third appointment at this office, first time seeing Dr Paul Yoshino. 55 minutes after my appointment time he comes in asks me why I'm there. I explain it's a follow up after seeing a PA and having an extended monitoring. In a fairly belligerent or accusing manner tells me he hasn't got a record of the original issue so as far as he knows there is no issue and he isn't going to change my meds. I was confused, asked if that was something I was supposed to bring since it was my third visit but the first mention of a missing record. He had the staff request it, and thinks I'm coming back to see him in another month. Surprise, Dr Paul Yoshino, I've seen the last of you! He also mentioned that I do not need a pacemaker, in the same accusing manner as if I somehow just really wanted one, though any need for one had never been brought up at any time. The visit summary is entirely focused on my diagnosis of obesity, with a BMI of 29.3 which he did not mention at any point in the appointment, though he noted that he advised me regarding weight loss, exercise and a heart healthy diet. I have been seeing Dr Yoshino for many years and the reviews posted are not accurate. He takes the time to explain everything. He does expect his patients to take responsibility for their care. He wants his patients to know their medications . He is an excellent cardiologist in a busy practice.

He is rude, mean and does not like people, will not answer questions and if you try to ask one he looks at you like your stupid and will yell a response also just walked out once he was done running his mouth. Now he will not write a proper report to my insurance do I get to fight a $1,400 bill for a heart monitor he ordered. I was very please with Dr Yoshino. He explained everything in laymans terms so I understood what was going on with my heart. Ordered testing which was easy to schedule and within my work schedule. Office personal were polite and curtious.during my enteraction with them. After getting results from the tests run, Dr Yoshino again explained my options. I am very happy with him as a physician. No complaints.....

He is one of the worst Dr's I have ever seen he's a rude,condescending, snob does not want to answer question's seemed annoyed from me the second he plopped down in the chair let out a deep dramatic breath barked out why are you hear and rolled his eyes after I started to say why. Go to someone else he's a horrible Dr one star is too many he deserves none

The staff was extremely rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and seemed uninformed regarding referrals from doctors pertaining to patients. I do not know if Dr. Yoshino is a good doctor or not and I will never find out because I will never go back to this office due to the horrible staff.
