I am extremely disappointed in this practice. My daughter, now 9, had been a patient there to treat her eczema since she was 2. I called to refill her prescription cream, and was only then informed that they no longer treat children. I should have received a phone call to this, informing me that my daughter no longer has a dermatologist and to find another practice. I feel this is a total disregard for patient care, knowing how long it will take to get an appointment at another practice. I am extremely disappointed in this practice. Even after waiting an average of 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment to see the Doctor I always feel like I'm rushed through my actual appointment. And it's not like I'm visiting for a superficial reason, skin cancer runs in my family. So it's kind of bothersome when it feels like the practice is treated like a fast food drive-thru. First time patient heard about her through others.,, even in theses crazy COVID times she was prompt very lovely answers my questions performed a short procedure was very pleased with my visit!! ????

Very poor customer service! You wait on phone for an hour to ask a question and they say you reached wrong department. Let me transfer you to medical assistant. Sent the blood work slip at home and never sent the lab places that particularly draws these labs.

I waited 3.5 weeks for something on the bottom of my foot. She said it wasn’t a wart and said I should go to to a podiatrist because it was either a corn or something in my foot. She handed me a scalpel to abrade the area to see if it was something foreign in my foot. Not going back.

If there were a NEGATIVE star....that's what she would get. First of all, totally rude last time I took my mom....she's sooo lucky my Italian attitude didn't bust out on her. Now, against MY judgement my brother had to go and that lovely money grubbing office gave a million reasons why people can not see the dr and get skin tags removed in one day as the APRN does the removal (they just want 2 office visit payments) and this was my mom and brother having back to back appointments.....one with the dr and the other with the APRN. My brother has more important issues so we thought they would give him my moms dr appt and keep his APRN appt right after. We offered to pay 2 separate office visits as long as he could see both dr and APRN (because that's thier money grubbing policy) and they said ABSOLUTLEY NOT. "That's not our policy".. hmmmmm, really because I've gone to 2 dermatologists that were NOT money hungry, rude, conceited drs and they did everything in one day Moral of the story.....go to a Dr and an office that actually gives a s_it. I insisted that I get a biopsy for a sore on my head. My sister and father have skin cancer. She was rude to me when I begged her to send me for the biopsy. She refused and said it was a yeast infection and gave me monistat. 3 years later I go to another dermatologist and he the sore is skin cancer and now I need Mohrs surgery. It progressed that bad because I believed she knew what she was doing.

Waited 40 minutes past appointment time.

Scheduling is ridiculously poor. You can never be seen right away there and is always a long wait. Don’t bother getting there early you will still be seen late. It is really unfortunate how much time they waste.

Got a laser treatment to remove a black spot for pimple mark. The treatment cost $400 and made the mark worse. The only reason I am leaving two stars and not one is because the staff was nice. But don't waste your money on a laser treatment removing scars.

I would say don't waste your hard earned money see someone else when to her for a rash on my face & mouth she refused to do a biopsy and said I should have come to see her sooner as the rash was almost gone-but she was on vacation for the week and I could not get an apnt right away! She was rude & arrogant-saw her about 4 minutes-no Rx nothing-I asked her for me &50 copay back as she did nothing for me!Also agree she is in it for the money!

I took my son there for acne treatment. The staff was rude, the wait was long each time we went and the doctor was abrupt. The doctor accused my son of not taking his medication and when he said he did she said she doubted that he was taking it, he was a teenager and we all know teenagers lie. I stayed with the practice because the medication he was on required close monitoring and the office is in town, but I will never return to the practice.

I would not at all recommend going to see Dr. Bevilacqua. She was in the room for less than 3 minutes, and I had to wait around 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. She handed me samples and started to walk out the door without instructions, at which point I had to stop and ask her where I could purchase a full size of the samples and couldn't even ask how long they should be used for before she was gone. Highly unprofessional, and clearly only in it for the money.
