Dr. Paula Jo Carbone

She has been my GP for years and always takes time to listen and answer questions. Would highly recommend

Has been my PCP for 20 years, excellent diagnostician, caring, compassionate, great network of specialists, referrals when I need them/treats me herself when I don’t. Caring, kind, compassionate.

I really liked Dr. Carbone. I have moved so I am no longer with her. She is smart, kind and thorough. We had a great dr patient relationship.

I have been a patient of Dr. Carbone's for many years. She is the best Primary Care Physician I have ever had. I give her high marks in all categories

First off, I don't trust some of the raving reviews here of Dr Carbone. My experience with her was very disappointing. I actually felt bullied by her. She was very uncaring, unsympathetic and condescending towards me when I was talking about my severe claustrophobia and other issues. Actually laughing at me at one point. I also found Francis, who answers her phone at times, to be very brusque and rude. RUN don't walk away from her office!

Dr. Carbone is a solid choice for a primary care doctor. She can be a bit brusque some days, but I always walk out of the office with what I need.

Dr. Carbone puts one at ease and shows a genuine interest when speaking with a patient during visits. Very caring.

***** I wish every Doctor was as good as Dr Carbone, she is a Professional, very compassionate, and and always understanding Physician. She is always there for me. When I am in her office I almost feel like I am an employee, the way I am cared, and treated for my health issues. If I could submit her for a Special Award it would be hands down for Her and her Staff.

Dr. Carbone was very personable and knowledgable. She answered all of my questions.

Dr. Carbone is a caring physician, easy to talk with, empathetic with the patient. She doesn't rush through the appointment, listens to the patient's concerns and explains her diagnosis in understandable terms. I am happy to recommend her to other patients.

I don't have to be best friends with my internist but having one that shows a little sympathy, empathy is important. I was actually very disappointed after my first visit with her. She looks so friendly in her profile portrait! Her reviews looked great! I did arrive a few minutes late. Maybe that set the tone for her demeanor? The appointment ended up her just asking me questions about my health. No exam. Why the exam room then? Shouldn't we have sat down in your office?

I had been seeing Dr Irena Bogarard, she passed away and Dr Carbone took me on as her patient. She is a great Dr. Easy to talk to,and I wd still be her patient if she still accepted my health insurance. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new p c p.

Dr. Carbone is amazing. She takes time to really listen to you and asks all the right questions! I went to see a specialist and once he knew that Dr. Carbone was my doctor he said, " you are in good hands, such a great doctor. So smart!"
