I am a current patient with this facility and helping the patients is at the bottom priority for Dr. Peter. He is literally impossible to get in touch with. All appointments are scheduled via telemedicine system. There’s no actual appointment. There used to be appointments up until covid, but now I believe the telemedicine system is being misused. You pay the money, he sends your prescription, that’s it. I’ve been trying to reduce my medication for two months straight with no answer, no real appointment, not a soul to contact except for “Kate” the robot that sends “gentle reminders” for you to schedule your appointment. You pay money, you get a prescription. Period. What you’re not getting is a real doctors concern or help with your addiction recovery process.

Didn’t have a visit! He stole my money, $285, never scheduled an appointment, rudest person I’ve ever dealt with, gave me the runaround for 24 hours! I had to get the police involved!

The office staff is rude, uncooperative and communicates poorly. Dr. Peter was nice enough, but when there was a mix up with an appointment that I scheduled too early, the staff was hostile and really rude. I DO NOT Recommend. They cancelled my 10-minute consultation and kept my payment.

Love Dr Peter..he is without a doubt the best! He helped me when i really needed it and he is so compassionate and cares!
