Dr. Shirin is a good doctor. I think she needed better staff. I know when you go to doctors the waiting is always long, because people ask so many unnecessary questions that takes up time. Anyways shes a good doctor that you can count on.

Office building is falling into disrepair - literally 60% of the lights in the waiting room don’t work, the grass outside was tall (in February), and the chairs in the waiting room looked like they had been purchased from a closed homeless shelter. The doctor is nice - but I literally waited over 2 hours to see her!

My mother went to this doctor and told me on many occasions she was put in a room for 4+ hours basically forgotten about. Then the last 2 visits refused to do blood work, so kept her there that long to do pretty much nothing. My mother passed away and I have called at least five times in less than 20 days with no response back. I was told the turn over was due to this doctor. I'm still going through all medical papers she kept everything and I will get my answers one way or another. :( !

Waited over 4 hours for her. They did not even have a working thermometer. I was told I had a brain tumor without any tests. She is ridiculous.

Dr. Valiani is a very compassionate doctor. I think the world of her. Unfortunately she has had turnover of office staff that has resulted in a a longer wait time, billing errors etc. I hope that she can get that worked out, I think her heart is in the right place, but unfortunately, when you are taking time off work, the length of the wait does matter, and the energy that you have to expend tracking down insurance issues is very frustrating. Very nice person though.

The wait time alone should keep people away! I came in for a routine checkup and all I did was answer questions.
