Horrible experience. I came 5 mins before my appointment, checked in by signing my name and info. Front desk personnel didn’t say hi or acknowledgement my presence. I sat for 15 mins after my appointment without any acknowledgement. 2 people that came after me, were taken. I have been treated by Dr. Parker for three years. My allergies get much better from the shots and the professional advice from the doctor. The nurses are friendly and caring. I highly recommend people who suffer from allergies and asthma to visit this clinic.

I have been treated by Dr. Parker for 4 years now. My allergy symptoms were starting to get better finally when I had to switch the doctor because of my insurance change. I am so sad that I had to leave my therapy from his practice to a new one. I loved all the staffs that worked there. Specially Rima, Selena and Amy. Helpful, friendly, cooperative and caring..I miss going there every week for my shots. If I had any option to switch my doctor I would go back there in a heart bit.
