Friendly staff, Doctor Chain took time to listen keenly and provide me with clear understandable responses.

Dr. Chain, aids, and office staff are awesome. The best medical experience I've had since being in the Tampa area.

It was an initial primary visit Dr. Chain spoke with me, not at me and we discussed plans for my health. He was very understanding and thorough with my records. I am VERY PLEASED with his knowledge.

Doctor Chain was very very nice and attentive. He Listened to my concerns, I felt comfortable with him as if he was my own pcp which he was filling in for. I Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a pcp.

Dr.Chain is the doctor straight from the movies. He listens and makes you feel comfortable. He’s very knowledgeable about the medical field which makes the visits seem relatively relatable and not awkward. The staff members are also sweet yet professional individuals.

Twice I credit him for saving my life: first for my open heart 4 arteries cabbage surgery andthen early detection and removal of 4 cm tumor on my kidney. He’s always on top of my health issues. He’s the best!

He was very professional and the first Dr who actually set with me and had a real Dr patient consolation. I felt like I finally have a Dr who cares enough to follow threw with my conditions. Dr. Chain has taken care of me for years. He has always displayed concern for any question or condition I tell him about. As a two time cancer survivor, I have several issues and Dr. Chain helps me with all of it.

Dr. Chain is an outstanding physician. He is knowledgeable and demonstrates care when reviewing the health visit. Recently I came in for my annual exam with Medicare and had a great visit! Thank you to all at the TGH Morrison Road office for excellent service.

Personable and detailed and answered all my questions in a way I could understand easily. Have been extremely satisfied with the care provided by Dr. Chain and all those at the TGH office.

First you have the wrong name for patient, David Jackson is my husband. The name should be Isabel Jackson. Anyway I did'not get a return call from your Nurse for next schedule appointment along with appointment to have Memo gram scheduled.

This rating is due to the fact that I have been conducting virtual visits due to Covid, but still being charged full price for the visits. I am taking my own blood pressure and pulse and simply talking to the doctor on the phone. I honestly don't feel that I or my insurance should be charged such a high fee for these virtual visits.

Dr Chain is great. While it took 2 months as a new patient, it was well worth it. He takes his time, doesn't rush you, answered all of my questions, gaved great advice. Their system works great especially with the Tampa General "My Chart" app, gives you all your medical information.

As a new patient, I was pleased with Dr,. Chain and everyone I met on his team. They were all pleasant, personable and professional. Dr Chain asked many questions to learn my current health status and answered my questions about his experience and background. His assistant Elisha was equally pleasant and knowledgeable.

This is my second visit with Dr Chain. My other Primary Care Doctor moved to Tampa. He was very concerned about my problems. I also explained to him about the way I split drugs between two Doctors. He ordered a fasting blood test to confirm the drugs are working.

Saw Dr. Chain for loss of hearing in right ear and to discuss present health. Right ear was packed with wax which Dr. Chain patiently cleaned out after initial flushing to soften wax. Also gave a blood sample to check present chemistry of my body.

He is an excellent and friendly doctor. The staff is also nice.
