Dr. Preeti Ravindra Naik

Dr. Naik is an excellent Dr and I am glad she is my Dr. at the VA. I do not believe I could find a better Doctor any where

Dr. Naik's technical skill has yet to be seen, as my friend has only begun the process of getting dentures. However, I will say that her patient communication skills require immediate improvement. She failed to introduce herself to a disabled Marine she treated. I drove him to the appointment and thought she was a technician initialy because she never even said hello to us. She spent her time staring at her computer initially. She had next to no conversation with the Marine, other than telling him that his gag response to the attempt to make impressions was all in his head. She had no idea the Marine suffers from PTSD, Bipolar disorder and Schizoaffective disorder because she never bothered to speak with him. She basically put his chair back, told him to open his mouth and held him down to get the impressions for dentures. She was disrespectful and never thanked him for his service.I hope that her behavior improves in future appointments. Dr.. Naik will not listen to VA patient concerns, her way is the only way, without exception. Communication skills are non existence....I often wonder about her truthfulness....
