I was very pl asked with Dr. Villanueva & her staff. She was very kind, listened to everything I had concerns over, treated me on the same day as my consult & was very patient regarding how sensitive my skin was to the procedure. Looking forward to the next visit

I had a very good experience with Dr.V.. she’s very personable and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I left with answers, a diagnosis and a prescription that works. I will be back and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

She is very personable and takes the time to fide out want is wrong and then advises you.

Makes you wait forever', she dies not seem to care, so sad, you can hear everything while she tslkd to other patients, and she teoests the sane thing to you; psper thin walls!

I initially saw this provider in April 21 and although I have an appointment, I waited 5 hours to be seen. She hurriedly treated me that day for very minor skin issue but did not complete my treatment because I was the last patient of the day and her clinic was closing. I called the next business day to set up another appointment for the unfinished treatment. Her only availability is 4 months later wherein I asked her assistant that since this is a completion visit if I can get the co pay waived. Her assistant is unprofessional and argued with me. So I came to the appointed visit, waited again for 1.75hours. The MD stormed into the clinic room I was roomed in, yelled at me and in a condescending manner refused treatment without letting me explain my side. She walked out of the room still yelling, her other patients hearing her. I was humiliated by this UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR. Her rudeness spoke of her character and she should RESIGN because her condescending demeanor can harm patients.

I love Dr. V. I’ve seen other dermatologists before and some don’t even look you up and down to make sure you don’t have moles changing but she does every time and always takes the time to talk and go over any questions! The staff is great too!

I don't know why I always seemed to be put at the end of the waiting list in the lobby. My last appointment was for 1 PM. I walked out without seeing the doctor at 1:50 while everyone else in the lobby including one new patient went ahead of me. I won't be back!

Terrible doctor and staff are very unprofessional! !!
