It was a friendly and warm encounter. *Dr. Coombs is very nice. The office staff are great!

Dr. Coombs is the most unprofessional and inconsiderate doctor I have ever had. She cancels appointments all the time, then you have to book months out again for it, and she won't refill your prescriptions "because you haven't been seen" after canceling your appointment. The clinical staff if a rude except for a couple girls, and all around unprofessional. I called for a week to try to get my prescription, Rhonda straight up lied to me about them sending me messages on mychart. Nicole and Sherry seem to be the only people who care. Is impatient and rude unless another person is in the room. Doesn't show compassion. She made me feel like I am unable to talk about my mental or physical problems.

Very personable and has a good energy about her. Willing to answer any and all questions. She really wants to ensure that you’re healthy and have everything you need. She doesn’t make any presumptions/judgements about your lifestyles. Provides medical advice where is needed. Which is a big plus.

Excellent Family Doctor! My wife and I both enjoy Dr. Coombs as our primary physician. She has always been respectful, courteous, and helpful. Dr. Coombs has always seemed to really care and wants to work with us in our health plans. We wouldn't trade her, even though we drive a distance to see her.

Dr. Coombs is very helpful, understanding and takes time to discuss your health concerns with you. The office staff is always very friendly and follows up on referrals to ensure you get the care you need.
