I have been going to Leslie Dental over 20 years. There all real nice and helpful . I have a back injury they always move the chair if I need to sit up for a min.

Always great place to go and, that do a great job

So far from just our first appointment I am so happy we switched dentist. I have never met a staff that is SO considerate of others. If you are looking for someone to be super gentle with your children or yourself this is the place to go.

Every one is so kind, they ask questions and listen. I've been a patient there for over 20 years because of their "customer service".

Always pleasant, always prompt and caring.

My hygienist is amazing. She is very delicate and is great at what she does!! The staff is also great they are always happy and make the experience awesome.

Dr. Mondragon saw our 2 year-old daughter for a tooth cleaning. It was a success since no one had previously been able to thoroughly clean her teeth. Well done!

I absolutely loved Leslie Dental Adsociates, until they didn't want to do their job. My daughter had a lot of work to be done which included several fillings and an extraction. They felt that since so much work had to be done that sending her to a pediatric dentistry would be the best decision, so they could sedate her and get all of the work done at once. We ended up going to Ann Arbor Pediatric Dentistry. They did the tooth extraction and did one of the fillings, which only took care of one side of her mouth. They also did not sedate her like Dr. Mondragon told us would be done (which I don't blame on them). We have another appointment scheduled with Ann Arbor Pediatric Dentistry to finish the fillings on the right side of her mouth, since it's just fillings I figured we could go to her normal dentist in our hometown instead of driving over an hour away. I called them first thing this morning explaining the situation, and their response is they still feel it's better for her to go to a Pediatric dentist for sedation to finish the work. I then explained that they didn't sedate her the first time to get the tooth extracted, and then asked if I should call them to see if they are even going to sedate her this time? Her response was "no, the doctor still feels it's best for you to take her there to have the work done". I respond with "well maybe I'm just going to find a different dentist then because I can't keep driving to Ann Arbor." And the "lovely" receptionist Michelle whom which I've been speaking with this whole time says "Okay, bye." And hangs up. I'm immediately infuriated. How dare you go into Dentistry if you don't want to do your job, or if you just want to work with adults, at least put that in your description. Have been visiting Dr. Mondragon for several years now. They are very nice and I've been very pleased with their service.

Great Service. The hygienist, assistant, Secretary, and Dentist have great patient/customer service skills and truly care about the dental health of their patients. I enjoy my dental appts Now!:)
