great doctor and a great staff

From beginning to the end, Dr. Gill's staff was professional and kind. It was refreshing to have such a pleasant visit to the doctors office.

The first time I went to see him, he was attentive and listened. After the bloodwork came back he said that the problem was hormones even though the bloodwork stated that the hormone levels were normal. Months later and after three more bloodwork analyses were done my white blood cell count was getting lower EACH time and he said it was not low ENOUGH to cause concern. So after going to three different OBGYNs after him I FINALLY got a Pap smear at the Calvert hospital and found out there was a severe pelvic infection going on for months. No one else thought that a Pap smear was going to yield any results and thought that birth control pills would solve all my symptoms, including the low wbc. Dr. Gill has been my Dr. for several years. He pays attention, to his patients and to detail. He asks and answers questions fully. He doesn't give the feeling of standing with his hand on the door knob ready to run; he makes sure his patient is thoroughly taken care of before he leaves him/her. He is extremely competent and knowledgeable, and is open to suggestions and/or second opinions. His nursing staff is top notch as well.

Dr. Gill is the best doctor I have ever been to. I have the highest respect and confidence in his advice. He is always cheerful and encouraging when I see him. I highly recommend him! He makes sure you stay on track with lab tests and other medical well patient procedures. I truly feel he cares about my well being.
