I have struggled with back pain due to scoliosis, and Dr. Mitra not only has offered a reasonable way to manage the pain, but also has given me exercises specific to my issue AND suggested a simple heel lift that has really made a remarkable difference. One visit with a physician who actually listens and discusses options and my life has improved considerably. Now if only he could make my house clean itself... I saw Dr. Mitra for low back pain and numbness in lower legs and feet. Dr. Mitra is a patient and attentive listener. He is very conservative in recommending procedures. My first visit was in 2015 and he RX Physical Therapy. I saw him in March of 2018 and he ordered an X-ray, MRI and a consult with a Neurosurgeon based on his perceived deterioration in my condition. I feel confident in his managing of my case.
