I absolutely love Dr. Aquino. He’s very attentive and kind, and addresses any concerns I have. He understands that I know when something is off with my own body, and he was the first doctor to actually listen and send me to specialists who fixed issues I’ve had for a decade. He’s a blessing!

I was trying to be a new patient. Went in with all of my documents and the new patient package completed and all of my insurance cards. Here is when things got a little crazy, one guy in front that have no idea a what he is doing, on older lady just walking around and on a younger one looking around doing nothing and with no intentions to help in any way. Was unable to fill medications needed over the phone after continuous voicemails that were never returned and my insurance was unable to obtain refills after repeated attempts.

Expressed concerns about mother’s treatment, receptionist promptly hung up on me!!! I called back several times each time got placed on hold.... not understanding the customer service approach here at all, apparently either they don’t care or just don’t understand.

This office is the answer to my prayers from the receptionist, nurses, and Of course they Doctor himself. They are more than I can write in a google review. I’ve been looking for a new primary doc for a while. And after a terrible visit at another doc which I left in tears I decided to stop by and fill out the paperwork and get a new patient appointment as this clinic is not far from my home. And telling the receptionist my story through tears she calmed me down and promised they would take care of me and they did. They got me in the same week. Everyone was so nice. The doctor listened to me made sure I was taken care of any and all needs met. Even personally calling in referrals for a specialist I needed. This is an amazing clinic and I Thank God for them. I was ready to give up and I’m so glad I decided to stop in and get that appointment. I have been a patient of Dr. Aquino for a very long time and he has always been a great PCP in my eyes I always recommend him to anybody I know who is looking for a new PCP it is true in the past a few people on his staff were a little rude and unprofessional but from my very recent experience I can’t honestly say that is no longer the case every body I come across during my visits are very friendly and efficient! I recommend this place to anybody you can’t go wrong with Dr. Aquino. His wife/office manager is one of the rudest individuals I have ever spoken too. Very unprofessional and down right hateful.

By far one of the worst PCP's in clarksville. Went there to establish a PCP and get my bad knee looked at he prescribed me what was essentially migraine pills because i said i didnt want opioids. Wouldnt refer me to a specalist so i ended up going to the ER where they refered me to the bone and joint group. The doctor there told me everything dr. Aquino told me to do was wrong No wonder the man lost his pharmacy license three times. He shouldnt be qualified to practice medicine. By far one of the worst PCP's in clarksville. I am with dr Aquino since many years. We had our ups and downs with billing and receptionist but I always will go back to him. He always takes his time and treats me well.

Dr. Aquino is great. He listened to me and tried his best to help me. As far as the girls at the front desk, the lab tech and anyone else I came in contact with, they were all courteous and nice.

They are very slow and as I'm typing this review, I've been in this waiting room for 40 minutes now. Some of the receptionists are very rude with a poor attitude also.
