Dr. Ramoun Dante Jones

My visit was a waste of my time. He never bothered to even see me. Left me waiting for an hour in an exam room. No one even checked on me. I finally just walked out .

Dr Ramoun Jones is a excellent doctor! Me and my son Oscar, who is special needs, go to him for our epidural injections. He is the most caring and compassionate Dr you will ever meet! He's a Dr that truly cares. I love how he is always going to seminars to keep up to date, with new techniques, advanced procedures, etc etc. He even invites his patients! The staff in the surgical center are very kind and absolutely amazing too!!! I highly recommend Dr Jones. Thank you for taking care of me and my son. Dr Ramoun Jones is a excellent doctor! I met Dr Jones only once for about 5 minutes prior to booking surgery. That was it!! Terrible care from his staff, rude, inconsiderate,untrained ...the worst exp erience ever. THEY REALLY CARE

Just wants to implant a spinal cord stimulator in you to get the insurance money to run his clinic.

I’d been seeing dr Jones for over 5 yrs. I have issues with inner costal nerve pain & lower back pain. During one of many inner costal injections he punctured my lung (never gave me injection there again). I still continued seeing him. Noticed as time went by dr Jones would have you put under sedation before he came into give injection. This way he didn’t have to speak with his patients. Last time I was there was 11/18. Finding someone who will talk to his patients ‘every’ visit, not just the first one.

After being there over 2 years 2 weeks before I was scheduled to get a pain pump I was told there was a problem with my drug test I said thats not true and asked to be retested but was told no it takes 2-3 weeks! I did everything by the books I didnt even get medicine from my regular Dr without getting an ok from the clinic. I don't drink or smoke so why in 2 years would I now have an issue? He should of looked at my test with his own eyes it showed 0.5 everything else is 100's or 1000's so come on think about somethings wrong but I guess he has no brain to figure that out. The test states on the bottom that test isnt even approved by the food&drug administration so how liable is it???? Stay away unless you want to be blamed for doing something wrong when you've done everything RIGHT!

Unless you have a few hours to waste being treated like a criminal and asked invasive, irrelevant questions about sexual abuse and your religious beliefs by ignorant rude staff and phyaicians...AVOID Dr Jones like the plague! Going to physical therapy shouldn't be a humiliating criminal investigation, especially when you're NOT ASKING FOR MEDS.

Very unprofessional, attitude problem and lack of communication in the front office. Receptionist in the tnomas office was very,very unprofessional also. I wouldn't feel safe with this doctor. Please go elsewhere

I went in for a consult and he told me that I was a drug addict basically, and told me I needed to go to a rehab WITHOUT knowing anything about me... and then charged me $280.00 for about 10 minutes. I go to a pain management dr for a reason and to just dismiss me is so wrong it’s not funny.

Felt like a cattle drive. I took drug test and received my meds. My next visit I was informed my drug test was positive with meth/heroine. I have never used anyone. I don’t know why it was negative first visit then positive on the same test. I will never go back, BEWARE

Provided pain relieving injections and made life worth living again! Was willing to look at all issues relating to my pain

for my first appointment I waited over an hour in the exam room before the doctor came in. He then spent about 10 minutes with me and told me they would contact me with the appointment time. Yesterday I went to the surgery center on Thomas in Phoenix. Once I was taken back I waited over two hours before they took me in for the procedure. Time waiting both times is totally unsatisfactory.

My experience with Ramoun was not pleasant. Bedside manners where terrible, and I felt like he was judgemental and talked down to me as soon as he walked in the door. I was only there for a simple prescription of Tremidol (non narcotic) that my regular Dr. can not prescribe month after month. He ask me questions about unrelated medical issues that where not the reason I was there. He said he could not help me due to mariquanna I had used prior to the day of the visit. I had been out of my prescribed medication for at least a month because I moved and wanted a closer pain management office and I told him that I only used the mariquana as a band aid cause I had nothing. So he said come back when your clean,,,which would be a month, mariquanna stay in your system for 30 days. So in closing he said to bad you cant sleep and have pain, deal with it. and come back when your clean. Which sounds like a big "take a hike scumbag", coming from him. You could tell from the beginning that he didn't care and had judged me well before we got on. I was so frustrated with him half way through the appointment I just said "your not helping me and you suck as a doctor." and walked out. He was very knowledgeable, took the time to listen to me, explained everything, and treated my lower back pain right away. I would definitely recommend him.
