It was a very simple procedure today. Pre- dental surgery. They made me feel comfortable and at ease with upcoming appt. Explained explicitly what I should know before hand. I feel very confident in Dr Gordan office and staff.

ABSOLUTELY the BEST!!! Kind, courteous, friendly and happy folks!!! I highly recommend Dr. Gordon and his staff.

Got an implant back in 2017. Does good work, but the scheduling now sucks. Tried to see him, but both appointments I scheduled (and showed up for) the wait was so long I had to leave. Unless you like wating 30+ minutes, after they call the day before and ask you ro be there 30+ minutes earlier, then perhaps find someone with better schedule control. I blame the office staff. They weren't nice about it either!

Dr. Gordon is very pleasant, thorough, and reassuring. His office staff is likewise. I felt very confident in their care, and would recommend his services to anyone needing a periodontist.

Wonderful experience. Good guy, felt comfortable, at ease and explained everything perfectly.

Friendly, helpful staff, as always. Makes dental visit non stressful event.

The dental hygienist was absolutely terrific. Explained the procedure in great detail which made me very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Fantastic first visit! Friendly staff, and Dr. Gordon explains everything so you can understand it.

Very good experience! Everything was explained beforehand about my procedure and it went smoothly. Was very pleasantly surprised.

Dr. Gordon and his assistant Nichole were great making me less stressed for my dental implant. During my three weeks of pain and antibiotics, I am grateful that there was NO pain. Incredible! Both Dr. Gordon and Nichole are truly gifted in what they do. They are the best.

Great office! Dr Gordon and his staff are all very friendly, welcoming and professional. You are in good hands with this office.

The staff at Dr. Randall's office was kind and friendly. Dr. Randall was skillful, and made the experience for all three of my grafts as painless as possible. All were successful. Dr. Randall also calls the night of your surgery to check on you. I would recommend this practice for anyone who needs a graft.

My son needed to go in to have his gums checked, he’s only 4. He loved it in the office so much, he asked if he could go there when he got big. Sweet staff and doctor.

Professional and friendly office all around! I was very nervous for my procedure but Dr Randall and the staff helped put my mind at ease.

Dr Gordon was very pleasant to work with. He was very thorough in explaining the procedure and process. His staff was very professional and friendly. I would recommend this office.

I have had great experience with Dr. Gordon and his cheery attitude put me at ease immediately. He has done my two implants and I had no pain or swelling afterwards. Also, the office is very friendly and competent.

Dr.Gordon is the best dentist ever! made me so confident and comfortable that I almost fell asleep during my tooth extraction.

I loved Dr Gordon, he was very gentle and extremely informative. I am usually very nervous at a dental office. But my visit was there was very stress free. I would highly recommend his office if you need any periodontal work.

They are professional and down to earth. They educated me in the procedure I was going to recieve and how it was going to be beneficial to my health. Dr. Gordon and his staff are very attentive, friendly and professional. He makes you feel less anxious about your procedure and explains everything in great detail so you know what to expect.

Recently had the second graft done on my lower front gums. Dr Gordon was very efficient in completing the operation and with no pain. He has a great disposition and always exudes confidence that is so reassuring when going through this surgery. He is the best!

Had a problem with an aching upper right gum that came on quickly on Wednesday with throbbing pain. Called in to Dr. Gordon and was able to get in the next day. That’s what I call quick service. He checked me out after doing a X-ray and examining further the gum area. He said it might need a root canal or if a fracture, removal and then an Implant. He recommended a second opinion with a specialist. His staff was able to get me an appointment the next day. This is typical of the experiences I have had over the years with Dr Gordon and his staff. I have been going to Dr. Gordon’s office since my then second grader who came after school with me to my appointments and that second grader is 33 years old now and lives in the east coast. I go to a general dentist for my teeth and alternate with Dr Gordon alternating between the two offices and I get my teeth cleaned every 3 months. I am trying to maintain my gum health by going to a great periodontist with also a awesome staff with the entire Staff so experienced at what they do and such a kind, pleasant office. Dr. Gordon is amazing! He took the time out of his busy schedule to thoroughly explain what he recommended as possible treatment for my daughter. One of his staff members, Megan, also went out of her way to help guide us in the right direction, even making phone calls and following up with other dental offices that same day. Got held up by an emergency at work, sent out of town so I tried to just notify them cause I know of the cancelation policy. They were rude and not allowing me to schedule a different date and time. Emergencies at work come up if I could avoid it I would and would not want to pay a fee I confirmed I know, but stuff happens. Your time is valuable and so is mine I was needed elsewhere no need to be rude. I have already waited long enough for the appointment. A very negative experience: I was referred to this location from my dentist in Lodi CA. From the beginning I had a bad experience, and found the workers to be abrasive, and unethical. They made appointments, had me switch around work, then canceled on me the day of my appointment. They lied to me about the out of pocket cost to me of my appointment. The price of the dental orthotics are a solid 2 or 3 times as expensive as some of the other dentists in Lodi. They hung up on my several times, a
