Dr. Rashmae Chardavoyne

I absolutely love Dr. Chardavoyne! She performed my lumpectomy and double mastectomy and I am officially cancer free! She is calm, patient, attentive, confident, knowledgeable, listens to your concerns and is a great surgeon to say the least. I feel very comfortable around her and her staff there is also super amazing! Shot-outs to Sonia, Tina and I'm sorry I forgot your name, but the young male that is in the front desk....you are all amazing and thank you all for the support and kindness! Wish more people were like you! I totally recommend Dr. Chardovoyne! Thank you, thank you, thank you! ??

This doctor is probably the worst doctor I have ever been to. I got there at 4:00 pm, and I waited there until 6:00 pm. Not only is the wait time extremely long, but the service was also horrible. Dr. Rashmae was so rude to me and didn’t even want to listen to my problem. She first asked me what my problem was, and while I was explaining it to her, she interrupted me and told me to stop explaining. She then started comparing me to other patients and saying that my pain isn’t important and as bad as other patients. The way she treated me was disgusting and she disregarded my feelings and pain as if it wasn't important. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. If I could give a 0-star review I would.

This place Is the worst!!!. Each time I come here and before my appt time, I'm waiting over 2hrs. People come after me and they go before me. If they are post op or complain they will go ahead. There is no sign in sheet because they will literally push people ahead of others who have been sitting here for hours waiting. So I come in support of my wife and realize after a shade under 3 hours, it is very hard to show support for a loved one when agitated due to poor scheduling and squeezing people in the waiting room like sardines. The front desk are very competent but the doctor is very unfair. Knowing her own pace and timeline for procedures, there should be an understanding and care for her patients. Not everybody has 3 hours to wait just to be seen. Between the procedure and waiting room, we are on 4 hours. Unethical and absurd. Time for a new doctor. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Over 3 hour wait - people who came after me - where seen before me - waiting room is packed - nobody is 6ft apart - she is an amazing dr - just needs to take care of wait time - most patients are elderly or have some disability

Cold bedside manner, lack of patience and long long wait. It’s more like an assembly line than a doctors office!

I understand most frustration, but in reality i seeked out the professional services of a recommended surgeon and im glad my impulsive me me me side didn't blind my judgment and turned me around. I honestly don’t understand where the negative reviews are coming from but Dr. Rashmae and her staff are great! She is very thorough and gives you more than enough time. She listens to your concerns and explains everything in detail. Her staff is very professional and accommodating. I would definitely recommend her.

Had a great experience here! Staff was very welcoming and kind! I always went in the morning and their service was quick and very nice. My appointment was 4 pm & now it’s 5:30 still sitting in the waiting area . I guess you don’t need any further explanation

Be aware ! this doctor wanted to perform a surgery base on a negative biopsy Claiming the other doctor said it was cancerous. Don’t take her word. Seek second opinion she can’t be trusted.

Has to many patients and can’t properly give one individual The time needed. The office is packed and appointments don’t work on time. Dr. Chardavoyne had both an mri and colonoscopy done. She said she only found a cyst. But I was claiming I had a fistula. Told her up to right before the surgery that I don’t think I have a cyst, it is a fistula. She said when she gets inside the area she will see. She removed a cyst that was size of a hair follicle or smalller. 2 weeks my fistula opened and infected again.

Myself and my daughter's have been seeing Dr.Chardavoyne for the past 12 years she is an amazing doctor very happy with her she have amazing staff I would recommend her.

Terrible doctor. I had surgery and she treated me and my family very badly. The wait time was horrible and she cursed my mother out. DONT GO.

I just called this establishment to inquire about a consultation, as I was referred here by my gynecologist. I'm uninsured and a first time visit costs $300- that is absurd for the kind of medical attention a person is seeking.

I've been going to Dr. Chardavoyne for many years. She has performed two surgeries on me. Thank good all was good with the results. I find her to be great. No issues.

I highly recommend Dr. Chardavoyne, she is a excellent surgeon who takes the time to talk and care about her patients best surgeon I ever had. Her assistant Sonia is a very friendly helpful person every time I call her for assistance she treats me the same way friendly and so will manner I could tell this young lady loves her job just how she treats the people thank Sonia for all your help. A great, well caring, warm doctor. Listens to all your questions and concerns. I would highly recommend. Had no pain after surgery. The office staff is also so warm, friendly and makes you feel so comfortable for your visit.

Waited for over an hour to see the doctor after appointment time. The excuse the receptionist said was that the doctor has 'other patients' who've had surgery and they get preference. Not even a fricking apology. Zero punctuality!

i visited her office few times. waiting time is like 3 to 4 hr. i had issue with my gallbladder. i had stone so it has to remove. surgery was done at LIJ. i dont know how well my surgery was, since im not doctor and i never had it before so i cannot tell anything.After surgery you have to see doctor 1 week. doctor keeps telling you its not surgery its laparoscopic. it wil heal with in week and so on....trust me its take time to heal about a month. any way when doctor remove my staples one of my stiches wasnt heal she takes staples out and it does hurt me so much. after that she didnot even mention to me that you have to be careful . if she doesnot know and it was mistake its ok you can tell patient that you take staple out without make sure if stiches were heal or not. waiting period is forever trust me if you want to see her you have to wait atleast 3 hr. i dont like this doctor at all. if you have option to have some other doctor please go with that. she is not good surgeon at all. its been 1 month my i still feel pain on that staple thing she removed without makesure if its heal or not. i visited her office few times. waiting time is like 3 to 4 hr. i had issue with my gallbladder. i had stone so it has to remove. surgery was done at LIJ. i dont know how well my surgery was, since im not doctor and i never had it before … More

I am totally surprised at the other reviews I have read. My husband is a patient of Dr. Chardavoyne's, and she has been nothing but amazing with him. As a concerned wife I want to know everything that Is going on with my husband. She has performed 2 surgeries on my husband and has always made sure to come to me and keep me posted on how the procedure went, what to expect and what I should do for him. Dr Chardovoyne comes highly recommended, she's professional and has excellent bedside manner, however the wait time is horrendous. I arrived on time for my appointment, however I had to wait 2 hours plus before I was seen. I fully understand that post operative patients are priority but something should be in place for those with scheduled appointments. Thank you

Very caring and takes the time to listen and solve your concerns. You are never rushed to get out of there. The doctor and her staff especially Sonia is very professional and caring. Only the wait time is too long.

The doctor is fine. However, the wait after you sign in is excruciatingly long. I've had to come here on multiple occasions with each time having to wait two hours or more regardless of the appointment time and how long before/after out on time you show up of the appointment. Be prepared for the following excuses - if you show up too early, "you are are too early for you appt"; if you show up show up late, " you are late for your appt"; if you show up on time, "we are double booked".
