The best dermatologist I’ve ever had. Holistically oriented and rooted in science. The best combination, in my opinion. Pharma does not work for this highly sensitive person, so she is IDEAL for me (tuns out warm baths and low stress is the tonic for psoriasis - my mother would approve!). Very thorough. I understand that a pandemic is going on and no appointments can be made currently. The phone recording says I can leave a message and send in a photo. When I called back to leave a message, their end hung up on me over and over again, never getting to the point where I could leave a message. Fix it.

Nothing but positive things to say. A skilled and conscientious physician whose work is top notch!

I saw her once or twice for yearly visits/skin checks because skin cancer runs on both sides of my family. During my second visit (it was in the summertime), she told me not to wear sunscreen because it was bad for the environment, and instead opt for a hat or long clothes when I spent considerable time outdoors. I was 19 at the time...what 19-year-old covers up in the summertime, and moreover, what dermatologist tells you not to wear sunscreen? I'm 22 now, and the more I reflect on that appointment, the more absurd her statement regarding sunscreen seems. I never went back.

She brushed off a spot I asked her to look at as a Reaction to a bug bite. I had had the spot for a good year. A second opinion At another office diagnosed me with melanoma. I had to have 2 surgeries with a wide excision to remove it. She was nice but in my opinion not thorough and was so rushed she spent about 3 minutes with me with an insanely packed waiting room. She brushed off a spot I asked her to look at as a Reaction to a bug bite. I had had the spot for a good year. A second opinion At another office diagnosed me with melanoma. I had to have 2 major surgeries with a wide excision to remove it. She was nice enough but in my opinion not thorough and was so rushed she spent about 3 minutes with me with an insanely packed waiting room. Very upset that this happened when it shouldn't have !

I've seen her for years and I trust her knowledge, skill and integrity. It is true that there is a long wait time to see her. Dermatologists are in short supply in this area. But when she is with me at my appt, her attention is focused on me and no one else.

Dr. Jones is THE BEST dermatologist out there--certainly, one of the best in the United States. Her dermatological and general medical knowledge are both astounding. The treatments, regimens, products, and medications she prescribes work EVERY SINGLE TIME. She takes the littlest, mildest dermatological concerns and presenting problems seriously EVERY TIME. Dr. Jones has never, ever told me, upon me saying, "Look at this thing on my skin, what's wrong with me?" anything like, "I don't see anything," "There's nothing wrong with you," or, "You have to go to a different doctor to get help with that/I'm not dealing with it." Dr. Jones is SO hard-working--I have never been rushed in one single appointment--Dr. Jones ALWAYS takes her time with me, even if it means the other patients have to wait. She always asks about how the rest of my health (my non-dermatological health) is going, and makes it clear that she cares about all of my health. She started carrying Vanicream products in her office in 2007-2008, and because of that, I found out about Vanicream all those years ago, which has changed my life, since that brand makes the best skin care products that exist. Best of all, if asked, Dr. Jones will take a very, very long, close look at any area of my skin that I ask her to evaluate or assess in any way, such as when I ask her, "How bad or not bad is the sun damage on my face? Do I look like my legal age, or do I truly look younger than that?" Dr. Jones gets it, and does something about it, too, re. appearance concerns in her patients, and she does it all with compassion, warmth, and respect. Dr. Jones is so great, and has been such a benefit to my health, medical knowledge, and appearance that, even though I live in Philadelphia now, if I travel anywhere near Brattleboro, VT at all, I always make sure I have an appointment with Dr. Jones--she is worth the trip. In previous years it was possible to get appointments in a reasonable amount of time. It is obvious that her practice has grown to the point where she cannot provide acceptably prompt service. This is unfortunate.

Love her!!! My favorite doctor in the world!!

She is very nice and seems knowledgeable , BUT she is overwhelmed and cannot be trusted to thoroughly read test results and communicate information to patients.
