Extremely disorganized and dishonest office. My initial appt with the doctor was okay. I felt she might be heading in the right direction to assist, unfortunately past that initial consult, everything else went down hill, didn’t even make it to the next follow up from the test results they ordered. I’m not certain if it is the dr or the staff, but someone’s certification or experience came from a Cracker Jack box. They don’t know when their appointments are, who's records are who’s, they leave messages with the wrong people, set up ghost appointments without notifying the patient of an appointment and the list goes on. This happened just after one appointment. Not to mention, when asking for help to address concerns, they cannot even provide a courtesy of a follow up call. I’ve had tests done and they are holding the results or they could have them in another persons file for all I know. I’m tempted to report them to the medical association for incompetence. My husband was in the ER and they released him with the diagnosis of Vertigo. Stated that he did not have a stroke. Dr Kavi reviewed all images taken at the hospital. She found the stroke on an image that the radiologist in the hospital missed! We feel very confident that we are now in the right hands. She is very knowledgeable and also very kind.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kavi for a few years. She diagnosed and treated my condition and continues to do so. She has given me my life back. The office is friendly and professional.

A family member has been seeing Dr Kavi for a while and she is a very good Dr and we have always had a good relationship. Over the years we have always had issues with her office staff and Gloria in particular. Had numerous issues with her being late with submitting paperwork, or telling us it was submitted, but insurance/RxProvider saying they have no sight of it and having to do the back and worth dance to get it resolved. However this current issue has made my blood boil to such an extent that I have to post this. One of the meds this family member gets is sent directly to the Dr office for application, however CVS were no longer going to dispense it, and we knew four months ahead of time that we had to engage a new RX provider. Gloria was made aware of this in February and said many patients have told her the same thing. She stated she would send the rx to a new pharmacy. Around the same time I knew I was going to changing jobs, and hence insurance providers, and we communicated that this needed to be resolved within the next month, or we would have to wait on the new insurance and the inevitable preapproval process we would have to go through. Gloria had a month to resolve this, and again we had her telling us that the paperwork had been submitted, but the Rx Provider saying they had no sight of it, this went on for weeks with us calling every day trying to get it resolved. Around this time another family member had a similar issue with another Dr office, but somehow they were able to have the their Dr's office resolve it within 48 hours and call us back to let us know everything was resolved. However in Gloria's case things take weeks, to make matters worse the week before my insurance was due to run out, we called again and finally got he Rx scheduled for delivery. They called Gloria several times to arrage shipment and she never answered and did not return their call. My wife had to call the Rx company and we did a 3 way call with the office and finally got Gloria on the phone after several tries. Gloria said she would call to schedule an appointment as soon as they got it. We received no call and in the AM on the last day of coverage we call Glorida to see what happened to the Rx delivery, to find out that it has arrived the day before, but they hadnt bothered to call to schedule an appointment, and they couldn't get her in to see the Dr before insurance expired and we would then have to submit for pre approval. Complete incompetence's and how Dr Kavi deals with it I dont know. Unfortunately we have had to deal with numerous Drs offices over the years, and none have come close to the complete lack of professionalism that is exhibited by Gloria and the constant lies that paperwork has been submitted when I have proof that it hasn't. Looking at her other reviews it seems we are not alone, and its sad that a good Dr is being hampered by her third rate staff. I did not feel that she listened carefully to my account of my symptoms. A good example is when she told me that one of my symptoms was probably a side effect of a medication I'd been prescribed, even though I'd had the symptom for a full year before I started taking the medication.

If I could give a 0, I would. I was referred to her from the hospital because I lost vision in my eye. Every single appointment, I had to tell my story over again and remind her why she put me on certain medications. The last visit was when I had enough. I had lost 80 pounds in a little over a year and this woman had the nerve to tell me this happened because I'm fat. Why didn't this happen when I was bigger? She tugged on my leggings and said to wear clothes with button and zippers so I can see how they fit me. That was enough for me. She has no bedside manners at all. Take your business elsewhere. I have been a patient of Dr Kavi For about 4 to 5 years Now ,and to me she is the Best ,she has been taking care of my Health and has helped me for the better, Dr Kavi is very Compassionate, very professional, she Always listens to my health Issue and always cares she is always on Top of my health and take Good care of me .her office staff are always kind, and very professional to me and Mrs Gloria is like family if I have any type of problems , especially with the farmacy she is always on it and very helpful, and Now with all the Issue going on with Covid-19 they all have been Excellent especially DrKavi in for filling my needs . She talks more than listens. Gave me depakote for no reason. Read all I could find but saw no positive results but many negative results that I have now.

Rushes me constantly. First time I saw her she said she takes her time with each patient because she really cares. But then every time i see her she is just ready to prescribe me something (most of the time 3+ medication) without hearing what I have to say first. I would not recommend seeing her to ANYBODY. She doesn't care and belittles you. I explained something about my crippling migraines and she would brush it off and say it's all in my head or caused by allergies and I'm like "do you not think I know what the symptoms that accompany my migraines are?". She never takes me seriously. If I tell her a certain pill she gave me didn't work, she prescribes the same thing to me again with the same dosage. She doesn't listen. Do not waste your money please. I saw Dr Kavi last year for chronic migraines. On my first visit she prescribed a CRGP med, and said I would receive it in the mail within 2 weeks. When I didn’t receive it, I called her office but did not get anywhere. The migraines were so debilitating, I scheduled another appointment and was seen sooner so I could get the prescription. I was told at that visit that I needed to sign something, and that was the reason I didn’t receive the med in the mail. I signed and started this process over again. After two more weeks of debilitating migraines every day, I still didn’t have the medication. I found another neurologist who gave me the medication in the office the same day I saw him, (a sample). I don’t think Dr Kavi understands the suffering we go through with migraines. I could never recommend her to treat migraine patients. I saw Dr Kavi last year for chronic migraines. Dr. Kavi has been at my side since my brain aneurysm ruptured and has helped me get most of my old life back. she's patient and always has time for my questions; she's bluntly honest with her assessments of my condition which I greatly appreciate!

I love Dr. Kavi. I have had debilitating migraine for 25 years and she was the first neurologist who really listened. She takes the time necessary to get details about your symptoms, your lifestyle and I feel she really tries to identify with what you are going through and understand your issues. Her office is NOT fancy, but I think she is a fantastic doctor who cares about her patients.

Very good doctor but office staff doesn’t answer the phone. Having difficult time for officers staff to answer their phones or to call me back.

At first, Dr. Kavi was compassionate. She did a whole bunch of test to confirmed that I had no MS or any neurological damages. Two MRI testing later she told me that the reason that my hands, feet and nose were numbed was due to my weight and carpal tunnel syndrome. There is also some arthritis around my neck, which could've been causing the numbness. I had to go to physical therapy and follow up with her in three months. Long story short, I was back at her office and she told me to lose weight and that everything will get back to normal. Well, that wasn't the case. I still had the numbness despite everything I was doing. This time around, Dr. Kavi lacked in bedside manner and professionalism. Her face was stone cold. I am not one to write negative reviews when it comes to Doctors, but save yourself the trouble of even coming here. Anyways, the amount of waiting and the little time she spends with her patients, is enough information to know what kind of doctor she is. I am happy that I trusted my gut and now I am with a new neuro and taking my medication to treat my condition. This nuero saved my life and my eyesight. At first, Dr. Kavi was compassionate. Very kind, patient and spent a lot of time talking to me and addressing my concerns. Very grateful I got to see her. Caught issue other neurologist missed that needed attention.

I saw a Rheumatologist before her that diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia. Well I kept getting worse so I decided to switch to Dr. Kavi. She ran the proper tests and I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease I never even heard of. Eventually I had the surgery I needed and now I'm in REMISSION!!! Dr.Kavi and Gloria were great helps to me. I think about them often and have to go back to show them how far i've come!! Dr. Kavi is nothing but sweet. Dr. Reena spoke down to me & disregard my concerns as a new patient. I do not recommend her!

Dr Reena K. Does not listen to her patient. I advised her of my pain location and she insisted it was somewhere else, needless to say, I was correct. She mis-diagnosed me and cost me hundreds of dollars from several MRI's and she couldn't even open the disc. I wouldn't recommend her to any one.

My wife had a neurological issue where she collapsed at work. After 2 visits she told us it was all in her head and psychological. Even after we told her my wife's psychiatrist said he was 100% sure it was not! Not a very compassionate Dr, she spoke more to me then my wife who WAS THE PATIENT! After leaving there we went to see another Dr, a Neurological surgeon and he new what it was right away. She is on the rd to recovery now after 7 weeks of being in severe pain. Dr. kavi at first was nice and said she wanted to help me. I have been in severe pain with Migraines for over 3 Years. All over my head. I asked Dr Kavi to fill out FMLA paperwork, She originally said she would. I was told to pay $50.00 to fill out my paperwork. I brought my paperwork in there for the doctor to fill out. The nurse at the front desk name Gloria looked at me like I was crazy when I handed her my FMLA paperwork and she asked me what it was for. I explained to her that was the paperwork for my FMLA that Dr. Kavi said she would fill out. I gave her $50 to fill out the paperwork. FMLA kept telling me that the paperwork was not complete. I kept bringing the paperwork back in there and was being told the same thing the doctor was refusing to fill out my paperwork. FMLA calls me and asked me if it was OK for them to fax the paperwork to Dr. Kavi I told him yes they faxed it over and I just recently got a letter in the mail stating I was denied for my FMLA due to the FMLA paperwork still not been completed. Every time I call them or go over there is been nothing but an argument about my FMLA paperwork on top of that the lady Gloria at the desk was so rude about it every time and they got an Indian lady who works behind the desk who has no idea if she’s coming or going. She acts like she has no clue on how to do her job and she doesn’t speak or understand English very well. Gloria doesn’t know exactly what she’s doing in that office either. Dr. Kavi is a liar and horrible person who should have her license revoked and should not be seeing patients. I wouldn’t recommend this Doctor to anyone. Dr Kavi doesn't listen always avoids your concerns. She would never address my vitals would constantly consists that I would be stressed when trying to explain the difference in being in pain and being stressed. I requested for a form to be completed due to tests that determined there were found issues she refused to complete the form. Because I didn't need a wheelchair she said that disqualified me. If it wasn't for her colleague that she took up for I wouldn't be in this predicament. Oh yes very friendly....after expressing my interest to her I limped out of her office. After 2 visits, I cancelled 3rd appt and found another dr. The appt was very rushed, she spoke so fast, I couldn't keep up with her and even though both appts were 15 mins or less, she billed me for LONG visit. The wait time just to be called into exam room for both visits was 45 mins & 2 hrs, respectively. After seeing the 2nd dr, it confirmed Dr Kavi was way off base with the path she was taking me down. I didn't have any confidence in dr and glad I went with my gut and moved on.

She takes good care of my wifes MS and seizures.

Very hard to convey any info as no one tends to read the forms they ask you to fill out and return. Also the doc does not listen to your issues on the visit. I came in due to my migraine med was ineffective, after asking symptoms she recommends the medication that I just told her five mins previously was ineffective. So she prescribes me another med that no insurer allows in that quantity, so i call back the doc for another med, they asked me if I have taken the med i said did not work

Dr. Kavi is an excellent Doctor, kind, very knowledgeable I trust her totally. She listens and takes her time to explain things to you. Blessed to have the opportunity to have her as provider! She changed my life. I love this Dr.

She is the only doctor that listened to us, about my Husband, Bill and helped us find a cardiologist that found my husband had over 80% blockage, in his subclavian artery. He was able to have a stent put in, and is now recouping. Thanks Dr. Kavi.
