Was in a hurry to get to next client, even stood up and held door open to make point. Not very empathetic. Also seemed to not be a fan of CT angiograms, even while admitting heart stress tests can miss stuff!

Dr. Guerra has been my cardiologist for 15 years. He is a great doctor and calms my fears regarding any heart problems that I may have.

Dr. Meyer was my cardiologist for nearly a decade. When he retired unexpectedly, my file passed to Dr. Guerra, whom I'd never seen before. My initial consultation with Dr. Guerra was EXCELLENT. He was courteous, knew my history & carefully reviewed it with me. Good bedside manner, personable. I look forward to continuing with him as my cardiologist.

This is the second time November 21, 2019 that I have waited one hour to see this doctor. They kept telling me he would be in he would be in while I listen to him chitchat for well over 45 minutes while with another client. At the stroke of one hour I got up and left. And if he tries to bill my insurance I will fight it. Doctors will continue to treat us as second-class citizen and as if our time does not count if we continue to allow it. My time is just as important and I really needed to see him since I had heart pain last night. Not chest pain but actual heart pain. The nurse did not even ask me any questions, all she did was take my weight and my blood pressure. Very disappointing ???? I will not wait for my doctor appointment for more than one hour. They should do a better job scheduling their patients and they should be more appreciative and respectful of our time and our health. Dr. Guerra is a very good cardiologist. He is thorough, caring, and takes time to answer all questions without making me feel like he is in a hurry. I know he cares about me as a person and patient. I highly recommend Dr. Guerra!

I first met Dr. Guerra because my 92 yr old friend had a heart attack. He put a stent in and she was fine. He was so kind to all of us that were waiting. He took time to answer all our questions. I became a patient of his about 3 years ago. His staff, especially his nurse Molly, go out of their way to help me. I had insurance issues and she handled appeals for me several times. I don’t have heart issues just blood pressure and cholesterol issues. He takes time for my problems and is so nice! I highly recommend him.

There is only one word to describe Dr. Guerra himself and that is EXCELLENT!!! The operation side of his practice will require three words NOT SO GOOD!!! They may be over booking, on my first visit I had to wait over 1 hour after appointment time to see the Dr. Guerro, and the second time was more than 30 minutes. The staff needs a pretty good dose of training, but their manners are not bad. To wind it up when it comes to my Ticker Dr. Guerro will be my repairman. One last observation you might have your housekeeping crew dust the tables in the waiting room, and might even run a mop across the floors.

Dr Guerra is probably one of the finest kindest careing Dr i have the pleasure knowing and I thank God he is my Dr he cares about his patients.

It was an annual visit with Doctor Guerra. Dr. Guerra is never in a hurry to leave the appointment and is willing to listen to any concerns I might have. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Guerra. His staff, nurses and everyone I’ve contacted have all been great.

Dr Guerra is an extremely skilled cardiologist. I would recommend him to anyone that needs an excellent cardiologist without question. He takes his time talking with his patients to fully understand their particular medical challenges.

Although I am in treatment for amyloidosis, a rare and serious disease that affects the heart, he asked no questions, displayed no interest in my concerns, patronized me. He saw something in my MRI he didn’t understand but was uninterested. I asked if he knew anything about one of the chemo medicines I was on, he just said no. I have since found a cardiologist with expertise in the disease at Baylor, where I will have my stem cell transplant. Oh, and my visit notes say “male.” I’m a CIS woman.

Outstanding Cardiologist. Very thoughtful and is a great listener. Makes sure you don't have any questions for him. Answers any concerns and makes you feel at ease talking with him. Highly recommend his services.
