I have been a patient of Dr. Rich's for several years. He is the absolute best at his profession, but even better, he is one of the most kindest human beings I have ever met. I love him and his entire staff. The results of my injectables have been phenomenal. I look and feel so radiant, youthful and beautiful and I owe most of that to Dr. Rich Castellano. My last appointment was with his PA, Jennifer. I am stunned by the beautiful and natural results of the injectables performed by Jennifer. She is amazing, kind and extremely thorough. Her dedication and skill at what she does matches Dr. Rich, and I can see why he brought Jennifer on board. I have completely fallen in love with Jennifer's personality and her skills as an injector. I highly recommend Jennifer and I promise, as a long time patient of Dr. Rich Castellano, you will not be disappointed. I cannot say enough great things about Dr Rich or his staff in the Villages office!!! I have been to ‘the best of the best’ in Naples, Florida, Los Angeles and on Long Island, NY for different procedures and NO ONE compares to Dr Rich Castellano. The entire experience, starting with Bethany in the office, was not pushy at all, she is honest and she did not try to upsell me, just gave me the different options and allowed me to decide- to my nurse Yesenia who is A SAINT- no exaggeration, she’s a whole adorable Florence Nightingale in scrubs and spacemask, to Quinn and the nurse tech who are compassionate and helpful, and Amy who helped me on my 24 hour follow up, I will sing their praises to every person who comes in my path. I am probably the worst patient on the planet because I am neurotic and terrified, and had a million questions but they acted like I was the only patient in the world and gave me all the time I needed. Don’t hesitate- do it. A thousand times over, do it. This is a team of rock stars. They will take good care of you !

The staff was excellent in explaining the pre-op, intra-op and post-op procedures in step by step manner that was easy to follow and understand. Everything was written down so it could be followed in chronological order, each step well explained. The whole experience was very positive.
