Made a new patient appointment, was told I would be e-mailed paperwork to fill out prior to the appointment. After 4 days of not receiving the e-mail, I called the office and left a message repeating my e-mail and verifying. After another 2 days of still not receiving an e-mail, I called and talked to a receptionist and was told "It was in my outbox and I must have forgotten to send it." After another 2 days of STILL not receiving an e-mail, I called one final time (not frustrated, just concerned) and spoke will a receptionist who gave me a little attitude saying "the e-mail never kicked back so it must have sent." So, I verified my e-mail one final time. Finally, after 15 minutes I received a very unprofessional e-mail without a greeting, signature box, and with a URL that did not even have a link to click on (I had to copy and paste it). After receiving the e-mail, I had decided this place is obviously not a place I want to take my business. I cancelled my appointment by replying to the e-mail so, I would have proof of cancellation since they never returned the message I left over the phone. I was to be a first time client. I was 15 minutes late due to no obvious sign out front for there location. The receptionist that called me to inform me that I was late and my appointment cancelled was very rude on the phone. I've been dealing with lower back pain for about a year, but it became more intense over the last month with burning and tingling sensations. I've never been to chiropractor, but a lot of my family has and they swear by them. I did some research of different ones in the area, and decided to visit this office based on the reviews. I was skeptical of how effective chiropractors could be, but I am so glad that I gave him a chance. I've been twice, and there's already a significant difference. My mobility has increased and the pain has lessened. I'm super thankful, and I'm looking forward to my next visit. Made an appointment for Thursday but I was in so much pain that I called again to see if there were any other availabilities. Whoever answered the phone was unprofessional and bitchy and gave me attitude when I asked. Will never call again

I have post concussive syndrome from multiple concussions and several neurological issues associated with it. One of the issues was extreme weakness on my left side which none of the neurologists could figure out for 2 years! MRI showed several spots of damage from previous trauma, brain atrophy and ischemic vessel disease. Dr. Rich reached out to me and said I can help you. Adjusting my atlas will allow proper flow of spinal fluid allowing the clogged stagnant fluid to drain. Upon my first visit I asked about the weakness on my left side. He conducted a strength test just like the neurologists all did only he realized the issue immediately. Based on the areas of weakness he was able to pinpoint what vertebrae needed to be adjusted and as soon as he adjusted them I immediately regained my strength back. Now after several visits my atlas has also returned to it's normal state and at today's appt. I didn't need anything adjusted for the first time ever. He is a miracle worker! He has kept me going through my three year journey on getting back my health, and exercise program. I had kind of 'given up' a few years back due to increasing foot, shoulder, neck and back issues, from my job, where I stand all day, and resulting weight gain, due to the issues that were keeping me from being able to run and lift weights, and simply losing hope as a result. I attributed it to age, since I was in my mid forties. I made a few changes, but kept having injuries and setbacks, that resulted in not exercising, then going off the wagon on everything. I kept seeing others I know "take their life back" losing weight and looking great, so I got inspired to do the same. I had thought about getting back to being adjusted regularly, as I had done, after a car accident 20 years or so ago, and was adjusted regularly for a year or so, and thought it really helped me, but due to excuses, denial, etc. plus thinking "yeah, but that was 20 years ago, I am old now..." somehow, I just didn't do it. Then I was at a special event where Dr. Rich happened to be mutual friends of the person of honor, and mentioned when I saw him there, I was going to give him a call and start coming for adjustments. The next day, I saw pictures of myself on Facebook from that same event, looking old, fat, and tired. WOW. That was it! I made the call the next day!! I saw significant results from my first adjustment!! Pain in my feet was significantly less, just an hour after, and that wasn't all! That was just the beginning. I keep seeing results still, all over, finding that "setbacks" do not mean it is 'over'...adjust and move forward!!! I wouldn't dream of taking my family any where else. We've been seeing him for four years or so. He's gentle with kids and so kind. The atmosphere is inviting, with books and toys for kids. Dr. Rich has been adjusting me since he first became a chiropractor. I rely on Dr. Rich to keep me on my game both in business and pleasure. I had neck issues for a long time and Dr. Rich goes the extra mile to help keep me and my family in a healthy state. I can't say enough about Dr. Rich. Heather and I met Richard and Kristi about ten years ago and we are so glad we did. I am in construction and heather is a server so we beat the living daylights out of our bodies, his approach at chiropractic has kept us going through the years. The chomyszak's are wonderful people to know and are excellent chiropractor's

I've been seeing "Dr. Chomz/Dr. Rich" off & on for at least 8 years now. I spend a lot of time working at a desk but I'm also very active. I have chronic neck & low back issues from too many years of lousy posture. He helps keep my pain to a minimum (no meds!), and has taught me some stretches and exercises that help me to keep things in check and prevent further problems. Appointments are quick, no-frills and highly effective. The location is great, so I frequently do appointments on my lunch hour. Great bedside manner, and good office music selection.
