Dr. Richard C Lee

Dr. Lee’s office is unethical, has terrible attitude. 1. PATIENT CONSENT His staff insisted “Dr. Lee decides whether you get a bone graft or not.” I said it requires patient consent, but they repeatedly dismissed this. 2. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE I asked Dr. Lee how many implants he’s performed, to know his experience. He snarled: “I don’t know. You should ask if they are a specialist, not how many implants they’ve done.” Churlish attitude. I asked how much gum recession I should expect from an implant. He said: “We have bigger problems in the world. Gum recession isn’t a big deal.” How would he feel if he was answered so dismissively? 3. UNETHICAL His staff lied repeatedly to me about scheduling availability, knowingly letting my condition worsen for weeks. When I proved the lie by enlisting a friend to anonymously call for availability, I was told to go to a different dentist because “we don’t think we can meet your expectations.” Stay away from this UNETHICAL no-empathy practice!
