My appointment on 1/21/22 was not only encouraging by Dr. R. Maguire, but gave me hope of being able to walk again. The office staff were super efficient, friendly and the X-ray tech was gentle assisting me in position on the table. The office was immaculate. As always the front staff is great, they’re always very nice and pleasant. The weighting room is all ways clean. The staff is great in the back too they are always so nice and ready to help you and answer any and all your questions. The hole office is one of the best doctors offices That I think you can go too. The Doctor is great he listens to you and he gives you the facts and he always includes you in on everything he does and or what he thinks should be done to help you. I tell everyone they need to go see him or go there if they have a joint or bone problem. C. McGuire P. S. I’ve been seeing Dr. R. I had a Great visit for the first time with a orthopedic surgeon!!! Dr Richard Maguire is the BEST!!! I had seen other orthopedic surgeons that never gave me any options for my knee pain. Always told "there is nothing I can do for you." Dr Maguire gave me cortisone injections in both knees. OMG my knees have some relief from the pain. Thank you so much Dr Maguire. This was my 1st time coming to Dr Maguire. He was very nice and was straight to the point. The appt did not take long. He answered my questions and I felt better. Fears were relieved. Definitely will be going back❤

Dr. McGuire is one of the best doctors ever. Not only is he a great surgeon, but he's also a wonderful regular physician when it comes to interacting with patients. So are the staff kind and cordial, and prompt. So what more can you ask for when visiting a doctor?

Love it, he's very detailed and explains everything and makes sure you understand all your options.

It depends on which physician you actually see. That being said, I saw Dr. Maguire today, I would give him 4 stars, but some of the others in the same practice, I would give 1 star. There just didn't seem to be any value given to a good bedside manner.

The office staff at this location is always a pleasure to deal with. The waiting rooms is spacious and modern with 2 TVs. I’ve seen two different doctors here and they are very knowledgeable, good listeners.

This is the second time I've been to Piedmont Orthopedics and both visits were wonderful. I love Dr. Maguire for his informative and very kind demeanor. The staff is warm and compassionate. In a day when our health care is sliding down hill they give me hope that there are folks who do care.

I like going to this location and have gone there afew years. Doctors are thoughtful and staff is pleasant. Parking at Hiram location is frustrating so give yourself time to park.

Dr. Maguire and the staff at Piedmont Orthopedic are always friendly. They're patient and understanding of the situations surrounding their clients. I had to reschedule my appointment and had no problem. The level of service is second to none. Appointments are always close to the time scheduled.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Dr McGuire saw my 94 year old mother for her painful knees. He treated her with respect and kindness and the visit went great. She received injections and is pain free now. Great experience!!

The office was very clean. Very helpful and understanding . Everyone was nice polite. The doctor came in he asked me what was going on.? I explained to them and I had fallen again so they had to take more X-rays. They also gave me a cortisone shot in my right knee. I don't normally arrive late to Dr appointment but today I was running 27min I expected for the front desk nurse to reschedule my appointment but was very surprised that the Dr was still willing to see me. I was very pleased by that. The Dr saw me 15min later and was very thorough with his examination by using a chart to show me exactly where the pain was coming from. I was giving options to different treatments which made me feel included. Today was great because I saw Dr Maguire. Will NEVER see his PA Heather again for any reason at all. I am a human patient, not a #! Love him though. Would refer him for anybody for any issue.

Dr Maguire is fantastic. Explained all my options for treatment along with pros and cons for each and then gave me time to make the best decision for me. I won’t go anywhere else.
