Big practice!! Lots of patients waiting, and I had to wait about an hour to finally be seen by nurse, even though I arrived about ten minutes early and made this appt several months ahead of time. Staff didn’t know I wanted a physical,, even though I told them. The time with personnel felt a little rushed, because it was clear they had lots of patients waiting in other rooms - the reason I know this is bc I heard full discussions between the patients and the doctor in the adjoining rooms - Im talking hearing their entire conversations, conditions, concerns, personal info. Hippa? I was a bit surprised at the level of attention given - esp due to the fact that the practice was extremely strict as far as telling me I would be “fired” as a patient if I wasn’t able to make the appt. Would seem in a situation like that - the care would be exceptional. It wasn’t. The doctor and nurses were very nice; however, felt it was a very “surface” exam. Thinking I will look into another practice with less clientele. Hard to be personable when you’re trying to fit in as many patients as possible. Don’t like feeling like cattle. Also - they provide lab work-up services. However, while I was waiting to be called for bloodwork - a lady came around and asked if we were getting lab work. She stated there was only one person running the lab, and would probably be an hour’s wait time. I had to drive to the hospital to have my labs done, which were done within a 15 minute window. Disappointing. If you offer lab services, you need to provide the staff to do so. Big practice!! Very good experience great care and very caring front office personnel

The staff was very helpful and friendly, I was called within 15min of my arrival time, Dr. Atkinson was very nice and easy to talk to. I'm sure I made the best choice in choosing her as my pcp.

Dr Atkinson is very caring and considerate. She is very observative and makes sure that you are up to date on all routine tests and procedures. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are healthy and well. Love this Doctor and her staff.

I had this doctor for over a year before I changed. She’s the worse doctor I have ever been to. She treats you like you’re a drug seeker. She also does not listen to her patients. Instead she downplays how you feel. I went in once because I was sick and the only thing she did was write me a script for antidepressants. Save yourself a headache and just pick another doctor.
