We usually see Calli or Meredith. They usually get us in on the same day that we call. The wait time isn't any longer than any other doctor I've been to. We always receive adequate service and we never feel rushed through. I have never met or seen Dr. Langford. I believe he is an urban legend. Lol Update: I finally met him and was pretty disappointed. He wasn't very thorough and didn't seem too interested. I was there for a yearly physical and they didn't even ask for a urine sample. I was wondering about my thyroid and he never even felt my neck. Professional service with a friendly touch. Awesome staff. Attentive health providers. Thorough. I’ve been a patient for many years and love this practice

I like the office but only like seeing Callie or Amy. I personally only see Amy.

Been going here for years and never had a problem with the doctors or the staff

He's the best. Very kind, knowledgeable, patient. He listens to YOU. He takes his time with you and you never feel rushed through. If you need a family Dr. He's the one to see.

I went to Dr. Langford because the nurse practitioner I usually see was not in the office. I should have waited for her to get back. I ended up paying over $200 for this vist because Langford is a doctor. I'd noticed him in the office before, and he was always sitting. Well, I'm not one to judge because I'm plumb myself, but when I'm serving my customers, who have paid money for my services, you better believe I get my butt up out of a chair to serve. The visit was less than five minutes. I asked about gastric bypass, and basically Langford said you'll never be able to eat and drink again at the same time ever again. Ooookkkkk. Not what I asked. My question was how do I go about getting the process started. He have me no information, didn't look at my chart to see I have several health issues that might be helped if I lost a significant amount of weight. They need to give me my money back. I feel these lazy, no bedside manner having doctors get paid for nothing. Don't see him EVER!

The office staff is horrible. They told me on several occasions a precription had been called in which it had not. Even when I went into the office and confronted them face to face they lied to my face saying they called in script. I had to get on the phone w/pharmacy to prove they had not. No apologies, nothing! If I could rate this "Dr" a ZERO, I would. Never showed any compassion and told me "just accept things the way that they are". Never took the time to hardly even look me in the eye. I asked for him to examine my ear, which he did not! NOTHING FOR A 174$ OFFICE VISIT. I AM BEYOND SICKENED OF MY VISIT RESULTS! Save your money and time and go elsewhere!!! Terrible front office clerk, she is young and needs a customer care mentor and soft skills training. She consistantly delivers poor quality service. She also talks poorly about patients with little discretion to her colleagues which may be witnessed alwhile you sit in their waiting room. Physician staff is friendly, compassionate, emathetic but unprofessional in regard to time management. The weight times for a SCHEDULED appt is often as long as waiting at an urgent care facility. They say its because they serve our elderly community but if they already know these patients take longer than a standard appt then they should plot addional time for that in advance rather than wasting everyones time. People in the medical field need to understand that patients are sick, irritable and sometimes even confused. Patients, compassion, empathy and professionalism are imperative in this line of work. If you dont enjoy serving people, find another field. Remember, we are all still paying clients for a service and deserve the same amount of respect a sales person would provide while he/shes at work. Great doctors and staff here

Meredith and Dr. Langford have no sense of humanity or perhaps their just “selective.” If you have serious medical conditions and need FMLA paperwork completed stay away from this place. Meredith came up with every irrelevant excuse not to renew my intermittent FMLA. When I requested her statements in writing she practiced avoidance and refused. I never met Dr. Langford in my life but he noted in my records that I had plenty of time off like I was vacationing on the beach. Not recommended.

Didn't meet expectations and didn't do what they said they were going to do..

The nurse that walks you to your room is so rude. I was treated so badly today by her after 5 years of going to this office. Had me in tears.

This is my primary Dr they have been flooded out don't know when they will be back open which does not help anyone due to the fact that it keeps sending you to automated system that does not say they are flooded that needs to be fixed.

My family has been going to this practice for years. I have seen Langford along with his NP's. No complaint at all from dr's or staff. Low wait time and quick call backs.

My mother is 72 years old and although we informed Calee at Dr. Langfords office last visit couple months ago that there was a discrepancy in narcotics being reported under my mothers name that did not belong to her, yesterday they denied what little pain medication she takes and kicked her out as a patient accusing her of doctor shopping. Today Kroger Acworth confirmed w Langford my Mom has not filled any narcotics there. God closes one door and opens another to find those that CARE!!!!

Have used Dr. Langford for several years. Had zero complaints for him or his staff. Low waiting times.

Not satisfied with this doctor at all I have been in to see him 3 or 4 times every time he has never gotten out of the chair to even look in ears throat to check my kidneys when we thought I might have a kidney stone he seems as if he needs to see a doctor himself. No bedside manners at all barely speaks to you I would not recommend this doctor to anyone else

Went there for the first time and seen by nurse practitioner and she truely listened and understood my allergies. Gave me a prescription which took care of me.

My family has been going to this office for quite some time. I started going a few years ago and i love it. I usually see cali and she always listens and helps so much. She really cares. My family has been through a lot in the last few years and she always listens and speaks with me as much as i need.

I have been going to Dr langford for 17 years he my children's and my primary care physician and I will NOT EVER go to another Dr I love the staff and New Drs that he has helping at his office Dr Amy is hands down a wonderful human they take time and just allow us to tell them what we're going thru or feeling! Dr. Langford is a great Doctor. I have been going to him for years. His staff is excellent as well. He has always took the time to listen and to give me understanding on what is going on with me. I would highly recommend Dr. Langford to all my family and friends!

Callie (hopefully I spelled this correctly) took almost thirty minutes with me during a visit when I was anxious and uncertain about a recent ER visit where I left with a mono diagnosis. She calmed me, assured me, and went over dozens of things that helped me, a person who suffers from health anxiety, feel considerably more at peace with my diagnosis. Additionally, she's the first doctor to give me anxiety medication in quite some time, and the prescription has eased my mind, helped me sleep tremendously better, and has improved my day to day life. After years of doctor visits and living in pain and worry, she has singlehandedly helped me on my first step to not only controlling my health anxieties, but easing me towards a more long term diagnosis or understanding of whatever has been an otherwise ongoing autoimmune issue. For the first time I feel hopeful that my future could hold some answers simply because her kindness and willingness to work with me has given me optimism. So, I'm sure doctors hear good and bad stories about themselves often enough and probably learn to be neutral to it, I hope she someday reads this and that she knows that her kindness went a long way for me. She won't be the singlehanded savior of whatever is going wrong with my health, but she's changed my outlook and given me some stepping stones no one else has. New patient, multiple medical conditions I am in a manual wheelchair leg damage accident with use of a service dog, I weigh less than he does and on my referral to my endocrinologist I later saw that he was derogatory and assuming of poor diet with never having looked at my AC1/blood test which confirms I eat correctly, had wrote them over eater, was aggressive about my service dog , all-around bad attitude, Office does not offer paperwork services, gave more attitude than help was nasty

I have seen Dr. Langford several times over the past few years and he is always very friendly and attentive to my concerns, he listens and allows me time to explain my problems. I know that they just finished remodeling the whole office and it looks great and they have more exam rooms so there is no problem getting an appointment for the same day. I have recommended him to several friends and will continue to recommend his practice to others

I took my special needs son to him. After 2 or 3 visits, I refuse to ever step foot back in his office. I had issues with him along with his staff. They put the wrong code on the bloodwork so insurance refused to cover it. When I called them, they told me they couldn't change it. It was for physical but they didn't have it coded for physical. my family and I have been going to Dr. Langford for 9 years and I love him... he is so good knows my kids and takes his time to listen to me and answer my question, we would not change Dr. unless he moves to another state.

One of the best offices I have ever been to! I am 46 years old and live my life by a schedule. Dr Langford and his staff keep to their schedules with a professional manner. I would not go anywhere else.

Love this office! I like that it's a small office and not a larger office where you get lost in the mix. I like that someone answers the phone when you call in.

I do NOT recommend this place. It took from 3/11 to 4/4 to get my lab results. I called about them on 3/17, was told they were not back & I would be called as soon as they got them. I didn't hear anything. on 3/24 I called was told they did get them back but the doctor hasn't reviewed them, was told they would be reviewed & I would receive a call in 48 hours. Heard nothing! Called back 3/31, was told they STILL had not been reviewed. I finally got a call 4/4, nurse lied said they just got them

Please beware!! The office staff is very rude also, Dr. Langford spend no time with you and only tries to band aid things with pain pills. He doesn't look out for the best interest of the patient he gets you in then rushes you out. unless your looking for an easy fix aka pain meds then he is where you need to be. When I went to the Dr. I am at now he was shocked on what Dr. Langford had me on and how careless his treatment was to what I needed done. Please beware!!
