After trying several other local physicians I gave Dr MacMahon a try about 10 years ago. The office is conveniently accessible, the staff are all helpful, friendly and professional, and the quality of care I receive is very good. I have a few chronic health challenges and Dr MacMahon and his excellent staff have worked very well with me to manage them. I highly recommend Dr MacMahonand his staff.

Both my wife and I see Dr. McMahon's office. They have been very helpful for me and I appreciate having them close by.

Very good, caring doctor.

Mcmahon is now my primary doctor and honestly i have never even stepped foot into his office before,however after looking at previous reviews and talking to other people about how rude and unprofessional these receptionists are, and talking briefly with them on the phone about rescheduling an appointment and being told if i missed and appointment they would refuse to reschedule me i am changing doctors immediately! Honest and trustworthy . Staff are very nice and helpful .

I have been going to Dr. McMahon for many years and have seen his staff of people change several times .The current staff couldn't be any better..

Dr. McMahon's professional knowledge and years of medical experience are especially valuable to my health as I transition through and beyond.. Prescriptions, appointments, lab tests etc. are made very easy for patients. Kind of a Norman Rockwell setting with the latest in technology and techniques.

Terrible. Dont ever step foot in here if you care about how you're treated. The receptionist is rude and disrespectful. I have yet to see someone that rude, incompetent be the face of an establishment.

Staff members need more training to help patients on the phone, without rudeness, interrupting the caller and shorten call without listening to what is the request being made. Based on the level of customer service provided during this particular call, I did not even expected this staff member would provided me with useful information or an alternate way to solve the issue. However, a minimum of professionalism and politeness should be required by this facility to whomever deals with the public in person or on the phone.
