Both dentists understand how anxiety-inducing going to the dentist can be and do a great job managing that. They are both extremely kind. Their staff is also excellent from the front desk to the insurance liason to the hygienists. Completely recommend!

Mr and Mrs. Abbott are the best dentist I have ever met. They make me feel welcome and like part of the family. During the pandemic ,it's very hard to reach out to any doctors. But when I had some tooth issues, I called on 10/13/21, and the same day Dr.Abbott just squeezed me in for a visit and follow by some work on my tooth. They are not only having the great skills but also with very caring/thoughtful hearts. I will recommend to any people in Hudson area. Mr and Mrs. Abbott are the best dentist I have ever met. They make me feel welcome and like part of the family. During the pandemic ,it's very hard to reach out to any doctors. But when I had some tooth issues, I called on 10/13/21, and the same day Dr.Abbott just squeezed me in for a visit and follow by some work on my tooth. They are not only having the great skills but also with very caring/thoughtful hearts. I will recommend to any people in Hudson area. If you are looking for a dentist, this place wont let you down.

Would not recommend. I was a new patient and was told I needed 3 cavities filled and was not given the heads up that one of the teeth may have needed a crown until during the procedure. Did not get the crown. Also when went for the procedure it was unclear which doctor was going to do the procedure. Went to a different dentist office for a 2nd opinion and the whole experience was so much better with the doctor giving me much more information and using state of the art equipment (photography in addition to xrays). Also the office was much better organized. Would not recommend. We switched from a different dentist to them... let’s just say after constantly saying my children needed their teeth pulled we had 3 pulled in a span of 2 months) and pushing for the sleeping gas and silver fillings I finally put my foot down and switched again. Been trying to get them to send their files over to a new dentist and they won’t do it. Been almost 3 weeks waiting for the files. They are nice people but something seems a bit off. New dentist said the tooth that also needed to be pulled didn’t need to be pulled at all and will fall on its own in a few months. All about ripping people off I guess. Watch your wallet people! Dr. Roya Abbott was VERY kind and professional. I am a nervous dental patient, but she and her staff put me at ease. I also felt very safe during COVID, they had appropriate PPE and kept me protected. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Abbott to everyone!

Could not say enough good things about this place. I have always hated going to the dentist but not here. Both Dr. Abbotts are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and down-to-earth. They worked with my insurance more than once to help get sedation covered due to health problems and the work was fast, painless and done right. Everyone from the front desk receptionist, to the assistants to the scheduler embody the excellent example the doctors set. Our daughter will be starting thrr when she is old enough as well. I love Dr. Abbott! Despite being an adult, I'm still a weenie about needles in my mouth but no more! Went in for some fillings and I felt nothing! Exceptional work. Now I feel better about going in for any kind of procedure if she's the one doing it! Dr. Abbott is an absolute professional who cares about her patients and treats them as if they were family. She's straightforward with information regarding the kind of work she needs to do with your specific situation. Her staff is very knowledgeable and are always available to answer any questions and make sure you're reminded of upcoming appointments! She recently purchased air purifiers for the entire building to make sure that all of her employees and customers are protected from COVID. Couldn't feel safer! Dr. Roya Abbott has done a great job handling my dental needs. She is very thorough, and gentle. Their office is also very friendly and a warm environment.

I have done many dental work: crown, root canal, implants etc before in other places. Due to change, I could not visit them any more. I had a terrible experience with Dr. Abbott's office, had severe pain for 1 month after treatment, developed fear seeing a dentist. I do not say the doctor is a bad person, she does have a compassion, she wanted to treat me again, but I cannot trust her skill any more. This is my first time writing a negative review. Been going to them since I was a kid. The work they do is great and they treat me like family.

It’s always a pleasure to visit even if your require a root canal as the atmosphere is electric with good humor and professionalism. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and thoughtful with guidance on plan coverage. Merry Xmas to all.

I'm not very fond of going to the dentist by any means, due to the one I was taken to as a child. But Dr. Abbott put me at ease. Very pleased with the results.

Dr. Roya Abbott and Dr.Shahram Abbott Are always a pleasure to see as well absolutely amazing beautiful work they do unlike anything I have ever witnessed at a dentist I have always had a fear of all other dentist but going to their office changed everything my perspective completely changed and now I love to go to their dentist office for all of my dental work not only do they do absolutely gorgeous incredible dental work but they are gentle as well they genuinely care about all of your needs they take their time on each patient and put so much love into each patient individually they make sure all of their patients needs are met by every expectation! I had severe anxiety to go to the dentist due to all of the work in which I needed I was on the verge of losing every tooth in my mouth in my thirties and I was not only embarrassed but ashamed in every possible way I was uncomfortable with every other dentist I went to until I went to see the two most wonderful caring doctors I have ever met and I finally took the step and received all my dental work here! I was very insecure and would not smile for years it was such a horrible feeling to constantly hide my teeth in every single aspect of my life I continuously hid my teeth because of the amount of decay and work needed to be done but Dr. R. Abbott & Dr. S. Abbott completely changed my whole life in ways I wish I could do something in exchange that’s how amazingly beautiful my teeth came out and now I can finally smile again!! The feeling to smile again for the first time in years was the best feeling I have ever felt I had confidence again and a absolutely breathtaking beautiful SMILE, teeth and thankfully all done by the BEST!! I love this place I can be a difficult patient but they keep me calm and make me feel comfortable . 2 of the best doctors around !

All I can say is! If I had known these amazing people were around . I would probably have a mouth full of teeth! The care and compassion is second to none! I dislike (hate) going to the dentist! I have high anxiety when I go to the dentist but after visiting this office I can't wait to go back! I never thought I would enjoy the dentist but I look forward to my future visits and enjoying my smile. They took the time to listen and address my concerns. Wonderful Dentist, Compassionate, Funny, Sensitive, very knowledgeable and good at catering to cowards (like me). I have referred others and would again. Very pleased with both of the Dr.'s Abbott. Wait times have varied according to other patients needs but usually short.

Dr. Roya and Dr. Sharam are the best dentists in the Western Middlesex/Central Mass area. They are couple and it makes it easy to handle all kind of dental works in the single office. Dr. Roya is general dentist and her husband, Dr. Sharam, is specialist/periodontics. So, no worries if you have several complicated dental works and they will not send you to another office cause they have all kind of specialties and devices to solve wide range of problems. Beside their high technical quality, they are also very friendly and kind persons. Their staffs are professional and friendly as well. Thoughtful, very gentle, kind, highly skilled, extremely professional, compassionate. Makes visits pleasurable, humorous, relaxing. Our kids enjoy going to dentist. Refered several friends. All still patients. Provides options anf cost senisitive appraches. All work is very well done and of top quality. Highly recommend.

Up until the last few months I had not smiled willingly in over a decade. Dr Abbott and Dr. Abbott and every one at their office gave me back my smile. I am a victim of my own stupidity and traveled to a 3rd world country to get dental work done. While I lived through my own 3rd world country dental nightmare it left me with bad TMJ, horrible bridges/shoddy work and with a crippling fear of dental work and dentist to the point I almost let all of my remaining teeth rot out of my head. I was in constant pain and terrified at the very thought of seeing a dentist. I bounced from one dentist and oral surgeon to another becoming more discouraged and terrified with each visit. These are the only dentist/surgeons who treated me like a actual person, showed honest compassion and heart. I am not ashamed to say how hard this process has been for me or how scared I was. I searched long and hard to try and find a dentist who could put me to sleep without needing me to pawn everything I owned to at least begin to take me out of pain, for 9 years I suffered massive infections one after another all from failing and bad work I had done over seas. I ended up in the hospital on more than one occasion because of this. Every dentist/surgeon I saw gave me this overwhelming unrealistic figure and dooming forecast on my wellbeing but refused to try and help me set up a game plan. It was all or nothing. Dr. Abbott and Dr. Abbott are the first and ONLY dentist/surgeon I have ever seen who understood we are not all millionaires, understood that I was a living breathing person with fears and feelings, who knew that NO ONE could realistically be asked to tackle every problem I had all at once. These people took my overwhelming fear and pain and helped me manage it and after a couple years have even gotten to the point of restoring things instead of stopping things from getting worse. Dental work is expensive and can be overwhelming in many aspects. Do yourself a favor and if you need to see a dentist/oral surgeon then see Dr. Abbott and Abbott in Hudson where you are treated like a person and not a paycheck or down payment to a new Mercedes. She is not trustworthy, since she tells you something on one visit and contradicts herself on the next. Overly friendly but pushes crowns instead of fillings. Be careful!

Dr. Abbott is extremely knowledgeable and has a very easy way of explaining procedures. The team is friendly and welcoming.

I went to Dr. Roya Abbot for a tooth that needs to be crowned and one that has been bothering me. She was so nice, made me feel relaxed and explained what needed to be done. Maria, took my X-rays and was so patient with me - I have a small jaw, not easy to get to the back teeth. The office manager, Jillian checked into the type of insurance ahead of time so that was all set. I had been looking for a new dentist and went to one close-by my house. They said I needed a post with the crown. Dr. Roya said the post that I already have is good and I don't need a new one. The other dentist was also charging $300 more for the crown itself and that didn't include what they were going to charge me for the post. I'm so glad a friend recommended Dr. Roya Abbott to me. Dr. A and Dr. S are the best dentists ever!! They are very helpful and really care about the treatment you have/need done in order to maintain great oral health. With their state of the art technology, they can accurately and effectively diagnose and treat you as needed. They are also hilarious! It makes going to the dentist enjoyable!
