The staff is very friendly and there is never a waiting time. But the best is....Iris, the hygienist......the sweetest, most knowledgeable, caring and so efficient by far. She takes her time and explains everything. My teeth always feel like new after her cleanings. She is the BEST!!!!! I hope she never retires cause no one could replace her.

I always feel comfortable going to Jericho Dental and trust all the people there. I've been going to Dr. Munter since the early 1980s and the service has been consistent to this day. My cleaning today was with Iris and she's wonderful.

Worst experience ever the crown was supposed to be porcelain and was mixed with metal causing an infection and me having to remove the crown horrible do not go to him. He also charge my insurance before putting the tooth in my mouth. Terrible experience

wrost place to go I did my cavity work done but still have pain. Front desk is very rude, no professionalism, no respect and dnt know how to talk. I asked her question and she replied loudly and rudely that she cant help me and told me dnt call us bAck. I was shocked after listening this. horrible lady.

I've been going to Dr. Munter for over 20 years for all my dental care. Dr. Munter is very personable, professional and on top of the latest and greatest procedures, techniques, and technologies within the dental industry. The office manager, Barbara, is very accommodating and uses convenient technology such as emailing and texting for appointment reminders and updates. Doctor Munter is extremely patient and a fast professional in his work, your appointment starts on-time and he explains what he is doing every step of the way. His assistant, Barbara, is a wonderful lady who truly cares for your comfort and satisfaction. I have been treated by this doctor and his assistant for about 25 years and actually look forward to "going to the dentist" as a result of my experiences. I live in East Elmhurst and travel to Jericho just to see Dr. Munter. He is the best and caring dentist I have met and the only dentist that I allow to work on my teeth. That is why I have been his patient since 1984. We met because the dentist I was scheduled to see left the building even though I call ahead to tell them I was on my way from Queens in a rainstorm. Dr. Munter had I free moment that day and he has been my dentist ever since that rainy day.

I've had some AWFUL experiences with other dentists treating my teenagers without respect. I'm not about to change dentists when I've finally found a good one! But they always seem to be running late with the late afternoon (after school) appointment times.Today, I was seen at 4:53 for a 4:00 appointment.

I recently went to Jericho Dental for x-rays, cleaning and a replacement crown. The entire staff was professional and pleasant. They seem to care about me and the condition of my teeth. They advised me about what work needed to be done now and how to properly care for my teeth to prevent any future problems. I was very happy with the cleaning and the crown replacement that was performed. I highly recommend them.

Been coming for a few years now and everyone is wonderful. Barbara is a sweetheart, Tracy gives the best cleanings and Dr Munter is awesome! I am very happy to have found this office. I was seen by Brittany for a cleaning. She and all of the staff were very nice. I was her last appointment of the night (5:45p) but she was still energetic and very friendly. She took her time with my cleaning and did a great job! Two doctors stopped in the room on their way out and looked at my films to make sure there was nothing going on. Great people! I was seen here a while back (Dec 2015) as well and the experience was also a great one. I drive 45 mins to an hour to get to this office since I've moved to the south shore and I don't plan on changing dentist's offices any time soon.

I went in for my first checkup in over a decade today. I'd avoided this mostly because I hate going to the dentist. The folks at Jericho eased me back into the dentists chair. They're very friendly and helped me relax. Cleaning went well and was quick. Obviously, it being my first in ten years I have some work to do. They were able to easily inform me of what I need done and luckily they have excellent rates for those without insurance. Next step is some scaling.

The Doctors and assistants introduced themselves, explained what steps they were taking/going to take and made me feel extremely comfortable.
