DR Casci is kind, caring and goes out of his way to be helpful. He is very competent and thorough.

Dr. Casci is absolutely wonderful. He actually calls me when necessary. My last PC who I had for 4 years never called me. He is kind, caring, professional and compassionate. He is really trying hard to help me. He goes out of his way to figure things out for me. Best Dr. ever!!

I went to the South County Hospital ED for care one night with a stomach ailment. I was seen by the doctor who treated me OK. The symptoms resolved and I was discharged. He was the only doctor I saw. The hospital took my insurance without any problem. However, I received a few months later a huge balance bill from his practice and eventually from a collection agency. How can you with a clear conscience work in an ED and not accept all comers and their insurances?

Dr. Casci is one of the ER doctors at South County. He is a super doctor. He listened to me and diagnosed a serious problem that another ER doctor had missed the week below. I literally owe him my life.I was recently in again with a different problem (the penalty of being older), and the nurse practitioner was about to toss me out with 'nothing wrong,' when I noticed Dr. Casci was there. He stayed after his shift to talk to me and figured out what was wrong this time as well.The South County ER is really a crap shoot as to getting good care, but if you are lucky enough to have him as your doctor, you are in excellent hands.
