Doctor Crescentini is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. He went above and beyond with my concerns and he was actively working on a solution for my problem. I was 37 weeks pregnant with low platelets when I first saw doctor Crescentini. He was very knowledgeable, caring and engaged in finding a solution for my problem. I can’t thank him enough on how involved he was in a short amount of time. He worked closely with my OBGYN and St. Joseph’s hospital team for 3 consequently days in order to deliver the best experience I could have. I believe without him I wouldn’t be able to see my baby being born based on my situation at that point. He was amazing and I’m forever thankful for his care. Very excellent doctor. He takes the time, as long as you need, to sit there and listen to you and how you feel and what medical problems and concerns you have. He’s honest and knows his stuff. He takes care of all the needs he can to get you some relief and feeling better.

been my doctor for a little minute, and when i say one of the WORST doctors i had… he doesn’t communicate correctly, dont care about your pain or how you are feeling, i had to get a pain management because he acted like he couldn’t write me more prescriptions when he was barely writing them in the first place like it was going to kill him! lets just say if you are a patient like me with sickle cell i recommend that you DO NOT go to dr. Dr Cressentini always is kind, a great listener, and helps you develop a plan you can feel confident in following. He also follows up with you if needed and truly cares about his patients. There aren’t many doctors like him left in today’s world of Medicine.

Dr. Crescentini spent time with us, asked us questions, and answered all of ours. He was extremely thorough and very personable.

Dr Crescentini was wonderful and what you expect a doctor to be. He is knowledgeable, caring, friendly, and professional. He took the time to address my concerns (aka fears!) and answered my questions patiently and professionally. I left feeling much more secure than when I went in. With Dr Crescentini you don't feel like just a number - he gives you the time and attention you need and while he's with you makes you feel like you're his only patient. Dr Crescentini listens and explains. He is thorough and knowledgeable. His manner makes me comfortable to ask questions.

Dr Crescentini was wonderful explaining details about my cancer and treatment available. He took time and showed he studied my file. Most of all, he was open minded to how I feel and what I like and dislike as treatment. He is a keeper!

the nurses and doctors were amazing. i was surprised when they came in around 9:30 at night and moved me to another room as my roommate talked no stop to no one and snored all night. I didn't complain but the nurses knew what was necessary. the food was terrible, i usually don't complain but it upset my stomach every time I ate. i lived on the salads and fruits. i was glad to get home and have a home cooked meal. the nurses and doctors were amazing. i was surprised when they came in around 9:30 at night and moved me to another room as my roommate talked no stop to no one and snored all night. Dr Crescentini is AWESOME! Prior to my appointment I emailed approximately 45 pages of medical records that he reviewed & was ready to discuss at my appointment. The fact that he was prepared for my visit told me all I needed to know about him as a doctor. He was kind, welcoming, extremely patient, very knowledgeable & explained everything in detail. He answered all of my questions & put me at ease. I walked in an anxious mess & left with a sense of peace. I also want to give a shout-out to Carmen! She is wonderful! She’s very kind & helped me tremendously prior to & at my appointment. Thank you Carmen!! ??

The staff from the time you enter the building to going to the back seeing the doctor are very polite and professional. They all provided great customer service.

I think that the online ck in helped so when I came in after few minutes went straight to the patient room. I am not going inside many places and this made me feel better about being there. ALL of your personnel from the intake at the front desk to the pre-consultation person were reassuring, pleasant and professional. Dr. Crescentini was EXCELLENT ! He took his time with the consult, was patient with me, he LISTENED extremely well! Understood the situation. Make me feel very comfortable. Only -slight concern - was his quick referral to Dr. Komeroji at Moffett. I feel he had a very good handle on my situation and need not have suggested the referral. My dad has seen Dr Crescentini for the last 5 years. He is caring and every time we visit him, we feel like we are not visiting a drs office, but a true friend. Every member of this office is extremely caring. The girls in the front desk (specially Natalie) are amazing and every time I need help with my dads situation, they are always kind and willing to help. I highly recommend this place. I’m leaving this review for the scheduling department and not the office or doctors themselves. I called the office today to try to self refer and find a new hematologist as I’ve been under the care of one for two years. The person I spoke with inquired about the reason why and if I had recent lab work done. I said I had labs done in April and tried to explain that I had a 2 year history of anemia and neutropenia and could provide documentation. I was told that I would not be seen without current labs and I needed to go to get them done first to which again I tried to explain that I had been diagnosed and my labs for the past two years support my diagnosis. She essentially told me that didn’t matter and the only way I could get an appointment was to go get my labs done again, even though I have them from just 6 or 7 weeks ago. I’m very disappointed that I wasn’t even able to get an appointment and that the staff isn’t supportive, helpful or interested in listening to a prospective patient. Dr. Crescentini is extremely knowledgeable in my cancer although it is not his subspecialty. Dr. Crescentini and the staff were fantastic in caring for my wife and me. The were very polite and respectful and Dr. Crescentini took the time to listen to us and discuss the possible diagnosis with us. The entire experience was completely disarming considering the gravity of the situation we are dealing with. It is very rare in today’s world to be have this kind of experience anymore. I have the best experience with dr He’s kind ,caring and very knowledgeable , but they are critical with phone calls and return calls ,front desk never greeting you even when you inicies the greeting, the first words are twenty dollars copayment ,l have call this week three times for lab results and l can’t get through to nurse , with that being said,l still understand and paciente for all the care given in Tampa bay and national while

I love this physician! He listens, imparts all the things I need to know and makes me feel safe. He is kind, gentle and down to earth and never makes me feel rushed. Also answers questions and gives me information other doctors should have. Can we clone him?

Dr. Crescentini is worth the drive to Tampa. His warm friendly bed side manner makes visits painless and stress free (considering he's an oncologist, that's a big deal!). His personal approach allows plenty of time to ask all the questions needed, he answers in a way that's easy to understand and does a great job of helping to navigate the healthcare process needed (even if it's outside his field). Excellent doctor, he always has the careful to explain everything about my treatment and about my disease. He is very kind, thanks a lot doctor! The best doctor I could find to mu battle! He and Becky (nurse practitioner) always keep me updated with all my information and symptoms I would have! Best people to take care of me❤️

Always a pleasant visit, Dr. Crescentini is always attentive to the Patient's need and concerns. Always greets You with a smile and handshake. The staff is always friendly and greets Patients with a smile. I like the open atmosphere at the check in desk, they are not hiding behind a glass.

Once I located the place, it was terrific. I spent over 45 minutes walking the hospital looking for the offices. The appointment said SJ Main. Years ago my heart Dr was on the second floor, so I figured I knew where it was. After walking through the ER twice, to the office complex on Habana and then later the Children's ER, I was told to go to security which I had seen earlier with a guard, but when I went back, no body was there. Finally, I asked a young staff lady who had just gotten off shift in a hallway, and she took the time to direct me to the correct building. She was outstanding, but I did not get her name. After then arriving 30+ mins late for my appointment, It took awhile to see the Doc, but I understood since I was so tardy. Dr C was very gracious and professional.
