dr goldstein is the best,he is very compassionate and caring,answers all your questions..today i was an emotional wreck after a month flare up of my u.c and he just makes you feel safe

I have to be the dumbest person ever…..NO FOOD and a laxative diet for 2 days now I’ve been sitting here for almost two hours for my 11am appointment……this place is complete nonsense……can’t cancel because they’ll charge me $100 but won’t reimburse me for my wasted time. Definitely will never use again and recommend you find somewhere else to go……two thumbs down

Dr Goldstein is a caring and comprehensive doctor. I have had him perform many scopes and his follow ups are swift and informative along with discussions on nutrition and blood work results. His assistant Noelle if great at returning calls, scheduling and sending scripts as well.

I went there so many times everytime I call no-one answers also appointments scheduler is very bad they always have appointments available in 2_3 months ahead dr. Robert Goldstein is the worst I described my symptoms I have been struggling with since the past 8 years hoping I will find help her by him but he completely tried to fix different issues not what I was expected I gave him so many chances trying to see any advantage but unfortunately he was giving me medications to try out on me ,he literally kept giving me medications to try nothing helped at all now I'm still suffering from the same pain same problems Very bad experience The pain was in my intense but he totally ignored it and made an endoscopy for the stomach and he was like ur stomach is healthy ,excuse me did I tell u that I'm struggling with my stomach I asked for colonscopy so we check what is going on there and he refused that I went there so many times everytime I call no-one answers also appointments scheduler is very bad they always have appointments available in 2_3 months ahead dr. The worse medical service I ever had. Receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. She asked me 5 times for my DOB and insurance card, ( she always had wrong fob) They gave me 9:30 am appointment and asked me to be at office 15 minutes earlier, all for keep me waiting hour and a half before my colonoscopy. Frank and Goldstein both over schedule their patients had an appointment to go to the back at 11:30 and as I’m posting this it’s almost about to be an hour wait and this hasn’t been the first time they over scheduled. And it shouldn’t have to be so hard to set an appointment through the phone instead of having to show up to the office to get an appointment situated because the staff can’t answer the phone. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL My appointment was at 11am. It's now Quarter after 1pm and I still haven't been called back. Don't over schedule people. I have other things that I have to do today and this is getting in the way of getting a lot done. My time is just as valuable as the Dr. Please treat it as such Edit: came back to lower the score. they failed to give me the prep tablets or at least a script for them. It wasn't until I went in this morning for a procedure that they gave me the prep tablets and rescheduled me for tomorrow. Also, the anesthesiologist gave me a lot of attitude the last procedure. I have been under the care of Dr. Goldstein for years. He listens, cares and is a wonderful Doctor. He genuinely cares about his patients. Was here 5 years ago and had good experience so I called for another appointment ,got in the very next week. Staff was very nice .Dr Goldstein was kind and informative. Will be back again!!

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 0 STARS...IF THAT WAS AN OPTION

Front desk staff are incredibly rude. Waited 3.5 hours to be taken back for a colonoscopy - TWICE! No answers to my problem and no return calls. ONLY thing positive I can say is the nurses in the back were wonderful!

Would have given 5 stars but we didn’t get called back until 45 minutes after my dads appointment was scheduled for and we saw other people who told us that they had been waiting in the waiting room for hours. That being said, once my father was taken back, it was only positive from there. From the nurse putting in the IV to the Doctor performing the surgery to the anesthesiologist he was handled with care by true professionals. Special shoutout to Kim, Joyce, Bonnie, Ron and of course Dr. Goldstein for doing a great job. I used Dr Goldstein years ago and wasn't happy with my care. I kept getting worse not better. I switch doctors and now have no issues. Now, 10 years later, my husband was referred to him. Our experience was even worse. We questioned him over a side effect of a medication. He denied over and over again it was even possible. The info in the box of samples that he gave my husband stated that it was a side effect. It would have been disastrous for us. He never took the time to look into our concern. Needless to say, we will never go back. I think if some drug rep has you pushing samples, you should at least know something about them. I used Dr Goldstein years ago and wasn't happy with my care. I had problems with my stomach for a long time. I went to Dr. Goldstein and I am fine today.

I’ve had several colonoscopies and endoscopies over the past 10-15 yrs by Dr Goldstein. He is always kind and compassionate. The staff is great, from receptionist to nurses to the anesthesiologists. Very professional and also fun. Ask for the music to be played. Dr Goldstein has a really great CD

STAFF IS RUDE AND IGNORANT I WAS TURNED DOWN AN APPT. IF YOURE LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE AND COMPASSIONATE DR HES NOT THE ONE. I wish I could give 0 stars. I recently moved to the area from south jersey and was hospitalized for a serious GI issue and wanted to follow up with a nearby gi doctor. I called and they took my information and said they would “call back” if he wants to see you. I’ve never heard of not being able to make an appt until the receptionist ran it by the dr?? Then after a day I get a call back saying the dr won’t see anyone that doesn’t have a family doctor. I explained to the ignorant and rude receptionist NOELLE that I just moved here and that I can give you mine from back home. Then in a very hostile manner, she argues back with me saying “you said you didn’t have a family doctor”. Then she said oh well I’ll talk to the Dr and call you back. Unfortunately my parents were denied the opportunity to see this physician because they wanted to pay upfront in cash. The staffer supposedly asked the physician and claimed he stated that until my ailing father resolved his insurance issues, he would not see him. (Note: parents weren't requesting to be sent a bill but to pay upfront that office visit.) I find it disturbing that a medical professional would deny an appointment not for lack of funding but due to lack of insurance. This speaks volumes about the kind of care my father would have received. (We're currently searching for a quality physician who will accept their money.) Love Dr Goldstein but the women at the front desk are rude and unprofessional. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous and the waiting area is cramped, always with 10 or more patients waiting because they book way too many patients at a time. Such an awesome doctor! I just got out of my endoscopy and Dr. Goldstein not only listened to my concerns beforehand, but made the procedure super easy. Btw, setting the appointment was super easy. The office knew of my anxiety and my desire to get into the office ASAP and they fit me in the very next day. The only downfall would be the wait time. I had an appointment scheduled for noon, but didn't go back until well after 1. But, they made it very clear upfront that wait times were dependent upon the procedures being performed so I had no issue with that. Overall I love this place, well under the circumstances. Thank you so much for the staff for making this such an easy process! Such an awesome doctor! The entire staff is A+ in every way. Highly recommend!

I will never go anywhere else. Dr Goldstein is the best doctor. He even adds some humor to make this process more comfortable. He goes over everything right after your procedure and addresses questions/concerns. He makes it very clear. I have to go bi annually, so my only fear is that he won't practice medicine forever.

I have had several colonoscopies with Dr. Goldstein and agree with other reviewers, he is an EXCELLENT doctor. Very skillful, coupled with great bedside manner, very reassuring to deal with. I greatly appreciate him!

The nurses and staff were awesome. Very thoughtful, helpful and explained everything. Thank you.

From staff to Dr Goldstein himself is a pleasurable experience...Treated like a human being from the office to on the phone. I wish every business was ran like this place

The staff is always very friendly and they make you feel comfortable. Dr. Goldstein is also one of those doctors that isn't trying to rush you out of the door. He is thorough and listens to everything you have to say. A+

I do not have any experience with Dr. Goldstein, but I tried to make an appointment with his nurse who happened to be the nastiest woman to deal with. If she thinks Goldstein office is the last on earth and she can boss people on the phone, she is dreaming. Good Bye

Dr Goldstein is a very kind, compassionate, and charming doctor. Have been with him for years and he makes "the awful colonoscopy" not so awful with his ease and sense of humor! He is also very intelligent and I trust him and his decisions. He has been a great help to me for many many years. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
