I had a great experience with Premier Orthopaedics. The staff was kind and knowledgeable and gave me a plan for my knee injury that didn’t immediately jump into pricey tests which I appreciated.

I was a new patient today and was very pleased with my outcome. Enjoyed meeting the PA and Dr.K.

Dr. Karsch and Cody are great! They have a great bedside manner and give you lots of information concerning your healthcare visit, which I love doctors that keep me well informed and offer more information than you having to ask everything in order to be a well informed patient.

Very fast and efficient, but not rushed. Minimal wait between x-rays and coming to review them. Very pleasant welcoming providers

Dr. Karsch is one of the most caring and thorough doctors I have seen. He runs his own practice, I did not feel like I was a procedure on an assembly line like I have experienced at other offices. He takes his time and considers the whole patient rather just viewing you as a body part that needs to be fixed. Highly recommend

My first visit with Dr Karsch was very informative. I appreciated the time he took to review my second opinion knee concerns. His explanation about my knee concerns and its protocol were very thorough. He’s a great listener, which is extremely important to me, as well as having an easy going, caring and warm personality.

Had both hips replaced in 2015 and I must say I could not have chosen a better Dr to take in the project. Dr Karasch and his staff are always there when I need them. I always feel comfortable entering the office.

I was referred to see Dr karsch about a shoulder injury in March. I had no worries no stress They stayed in contact all the way til surgery day. After surgery I was out of it but Dr karsch entire medical team left me messages to check on me. It’s been a week since my surgery and I still get the calls asking how I am doing. I’ve never seen a doctor when you can’t reach them by phone you can send a email and get prompt replies. Thank you to the entire team. I've known Dr. Karsch for years, have seen a number of people after he operated on them, and saw how well they healed up and how good they felt afterwards. I've seen Dr. Karsch and his PA Ashley as their patient for at least 7 years. They are excellent, knowledgeable, caring, and they listen and explain things well. They and their office staff inspire trust. I do not feel rushed when I am there. At one point when I was very discouraged about my injury, Dr. Karsch took time to explain why I had good reason to be optimistic about healing and returning to my favorite physical activities. I've never needed surgery for the problems I saw him for, but might within the next year. If I do, I will ask him to do the surgery, and will feel quite confident with him. Dr. Karsch did not review the left and right shoulder x-rays I brought to his office and declined the need for additional ones. He relied solely on a physical examination was not nearly as thorough and as I would have expected (I am a physician, although not an orthopedist). His conclusion was only that of degenerative processes in the a-c joints (bilateral). I never mentioned that I was a physician, although he should have known from my questions that I had more medical knowledge that most of his patients. Instead, he came across as cocky and dismissive. I subsequently visited another orthopedist who conducted a more thorough physical exam, reviewed the old and a new set of x-rays and discussed his concerns, in great detail, about rotator cuff tear, subsequently confirmed by MRI. I would never recommend Dr. Karsch.

Once I was able to see the PA, it was a good experience. I arrived early and still ended up waiting 45 mins from the appointment time until I was asked to go to the exam room. Afterwards, I waited another 20 mins or so before the PA came in for the exam.
