Everything worked out very nice for my emergency appointment. Doctor explained reason for problem and what to do. Staff was very efficient.

While checking in for appointment, I was told current insurance/card is not acceptable. One of Dr. Marselle nurses went over and above called my insurance to ensure if current insurance was and coverage.. services were rendered satisfied and usual with Dr.Marselle????

Outstanding care

Very comfortable atmosphere. Friendly staff, especially the doctor. Minor eye procedure, quick & painless…just how Dr. Marselle said it would be.

Horrible experience… very disrespectful. Complaining that I made an appointment with him with no referral. I do not recommend him.

Great experience with Dr. Marselle's office. My eye exam was much better than any of the big chain eye glass places I have visited in the past. They need to take lessons from him. His office is also very professional and friendly and Dr. Marselle is all about saving his patients money. He gave recommendations on ordering glasses for my needs, I went right home and ordered them and it saved me a great deal of money. He gets a 10. I would recommend him for your eyecare needs.

Dr. Marselle takes his time and explains what he is going to do. He is very caring and listens to every thing you tell him. I would recommend him to anyone who needed a special eye doctor. Your eyes are so precious and he would be the best to take care of you.

Quickly in and I made sure to have any paperwork/questions/prerequisites filled out previous to the visit. My eyes were both tested about 20 minutes after both my eyes were dilated. Doctor Marselle was happy with the test results. I have been a patient of Dr Marselle’s for almost 20 years(He was the surgeon for both of my cataract procedures 19 years ago).

I have been a patient of Dr Marselle for over 5 years and he and his staff have taken excellent care of my eyes. So glad I found Dr Marselle, he is head and shoulders above the other ophthalmologist I had in the past.

Minimal waiting time. The Nurse was fast and efficient, Dr. told me what was going on, gave me paperwork explaining, good visit, no issues at all....thanks

I need to have a thorough eye exam each year. Dr Marselle has done this exam and explains the results. He refers me to specialists when needed. I have not been disappointed and feel confident I am getting the best care for my eyes.

Dr Marselle’s office always makes you welcome and comfortable. I called with a problem and Karen got me right in for a check up. They’re fast and efficient and both Dr Marseille and his staff are great.

He is the best Ophthalmologist I have seen in awhile. Would definitely recommend him.

Great exam everyone was a pro!

My visit to Dr. Marselle was the best. Short wait time, quick exam and I was out. If only all doctors were this quick. Thank you Dr. Marselle.

First of all this doctor is not as good as his reviews on the hospital website make him out to be. He is rude and arrogant like a he is some great ophthalmologist but he is average at best. He also charges for a refraction which comes out of your pocket even though you are going blind. Reading one letter and then not being able to see the next one is not a refraction, it's basically just reading a couple of letters. The moral is if you are going blind you don't need a refraction for glasses and he should give you a prescription for glasses which he doesn't. You will receive a bill because he will fraudulently bill your insurance that you had one. Time to find a real ophthalmologist, he and his staff are rude and dismissive. Some of the girls working for him are obnoxiously rude and the time you spend with him is rushed while a bunch of techs sit around chatting.

I have Glucoma in both eyes. I was in for pressure test in both eyes

Poor and worst customer service ever! The girls in the front are not very helpful and are uncaring. They seem not to care about patient care. Dr marsellé needs to fire them. They lied and said my mother was in the wrong office and didn’t bother to check their system to see if she was on the schedule. Obviously she went to the correct office!! It was our first time there and this was the worst first impression of the front office staff. We will not be returning back to this office. Went for a second opnion about my cataracts. Sure glad I did all I needed was new glasses. Which I now have and my eyes are back to 20/20. Another office wanted to do surgery which is not needed. Thanks to Dr. Marselle for his honest and professional opnion.

Very professional, yet relaxed and friendly. I would definitely would recommend Dr. Marseille and team to family and friends and anyone one else.

Dr Marselle, and his staff was very professional, courteous and I felt at ease. My eye exam was through. I left feeling confident that my eye issue would be resolved.

This was an annual visit. The entire staff supporting the Dr. is one of the best in this hospital. Friendly, extremely competent and very helpful. Dr. Marselle exam was complete and uneventful. I have a minor issue that requires daily attention that I will follow. The instructions given (oral/in writing) were clean. My last words: "see you next year."

Yes, I would recommend Dr. Marselle to my family and friends. I woke up with blood in my right eye. I called Dr. Pae's office, Dr. Pae contacted Dr. Marselle, and asked if he could please get me in that day. He was concerned, because I am a diabetic. Dr. Marselle got me in, that same day. Even though, they were very busy. Dr. Marselle and everybody in his office were very professional. They put my mind at ease.
