Several exams took almost two hours and cost 350.00 at the end of which I was handed a box with 2 suplemental vitamins and told they couldn't make lenses for me for another 3 months and it would be an extra 200.00. Apparently I am not allowed to know my own prescription either. I would avoid these people at all costs. Dr Poole is an extremely attentive and caring optometrist, every time I go in my appointment is timely and efficient, and you can make appointments to fit your schedule!

He was cold and rude to my three year old daughter who had an eye infection for two weeks. He has no talent for relating to children. He told me her injury was self inflicted. I ended up going to her pediatrician who prescribed antibiotics for her eye infection and it cleared up.
