This Man is a rude individual and is not fit to be in his position. I had to have his evaluation by a real professional because he missed so many key factors in my case and the courts did not agree with Mr. Suiters evaluation as well. This guys needs to do something else cause he clearly does not know what he is doing. Stay away from this guy he doesn't care about the best interest of your children. Definitely isn’t thorough. The court rejected his initial recommendations and he wasted my and my ex’s time by taking forever to produce the recommendations. He barely pays attention and wrote many incorrect statements in his recommendations. His office is a mess. Get someone younger and more professional

Dr Suiter is kind he made me fell comfortable.

Im amazed at how this mental health "professional" operates. His receptionist is completely immature, spiteful, vindictive, in capable and unprofessional. If the ring she wears is real, i feel sorry for her husband. After I attempted to locate the office. There was no response to phone calls for the first two hours of buisness, despite me witnessing a women(what I later learned was the receptionist) wondering around the building. Two hours after opening for buisness my calls were answered and I was directed to the office. After being Informed that they had left me a message, to reschedule. (Less then 24 hours earlier) I asked very typical questions, regarding rescheduling and the ability to meet the courts requirements. The receptionist began to actually yell at me, as she begun a mental, emotional and physical break down. Stating "she's only one person and can only do so much" motioning toward the city scape of files pilled high like sky scrappers around her. I responded by motioning to her to relax and then asked why she was so upset? Was it something I said or how i said it? To which she responded(in a yell) "its not what your saying or how your saying it, its your body language, its very condescending" I was standing at the desk or sitting in a chair the whole time. Luckily as she continued to berate me, the Dr came out and called her back into his office. After she got her personal counseling session, she returned to the waiting room with out saying a word or even looking at me. The Dr proceeded to explain that shes been working for him for years and that he would be enabling and supporting the behaviors and actions of his employee. Im very fearful for anyone forced to see this Dr. , bc if they are mentally ill and received the greating I did upon my first visit to this office, there reaction could be unfavorable at best. Doesn't care about the safety of your children. He's extremely rude when talking to you and extremely disorganized. I wish I could've gave him less than a 1 star. His office is the most unprofessional environment I've ever been in. His grandkids and cats are running everywhere, you're practically tripping over the piles of YOUR papers that he has laying all over the floor, and he gives you the cold shoulder the second he sees you. I agree, Suiter Drop Dead, it's time for you to go to hell where you belong. You have no experience what so ever on what is in the best interest of the child. Your interest is $$$$$$ so you sell our children. Family Courts can NOT be trusted because of you. I have no record of violence or anything else. I'm a excellent mother and my ex has history of abuse and the children prefer to live with the mother not father yet you allow the pig to abuse little children and hand him the children on a silver platter for money. You are biased and the courts know it too but they cover up because they don't want the public to know. You and the lawyers and family courts are just playing soccor with our childern toss them with male only because you perfere male parents over female. The man is a CORRUPT QUACK, he is paid off by attorneys who tell him what to write, he has repeatedly been investigated by BOP, DOJ, and CA Attorney Generals office he is a FRAUD, he ignores facts. Women and children have died because of his so called Opinions research on the internet about his corruption involvement in the family law courts. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS! He had his attorney show up at the taping of the LEEZA show in 1995 so his name would not be leaked on the air. He's criminal!!!

I don't find Dr. Suiter biased at all. He did a fine job in our case. I am a good father and he saw that. I've also been told by my lawyer Tom Kendall that he is honest.

A TOTAL MORON! MY EX IS A CONVICTED FELON, IM IN LAW ENFORCEMENT AND SHE GOT SOLE LEGAL CUSTODY AT HIS RECOMMENDATION. HE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND PROBABLY THE BIGGEST DOUCHE BAG IN HIS FIELD. RETIRE DR. SUITER, YOU DON'T HELP ANYONE.

Dr. Suiter did the evaluations and study on child custody for my two grandchildren. He recommended full custody to the father, and the Judge over-turned that decision and gave 50% custody to the mother who is bi-polar. Dr. Suiter had the expertise and the Judge should have listened to him. For over two years the mother sent the Perris Sheriff's to pick up my grandson because he wouldn't go with her. It took 2-3 hours for them to get him in the car. He excels making a's & b's, black belt and testing for another in a different marital arts form., races cars/ My grand daughter is struggling in school and may not pass the 4th grade. Her mother totally isolates her, and she is still sucking her thumb at 10 years old. She has no outside activities as her mother does not believe in marital arts, dance, etc. She goes to school at 8:15, and the mother sends her to boys & girls club, and picks her up at 5:30 or 6 p.m. She's had lice three times this year.
