Beware of this provider The Center for ADHD, Inc.B They are rude and do not provided decent patient care. The patient portal may have exposed patient health ad personal information. Worst they do not accept responsibility. The do not answer the phone nor emails. They are more interested in money than patient care. My appointment was canceled and I lost a day of work.
This place is horrible. My son had to cancel an appt. so instead of leaving a voicemail and hoping for the best, he waited until they opened - which was still 1 hour before his appt. time - to make sure he spoke with someone. Now before being seen by them again, they said he has to pay them $125 fee for canceling. But, had he left a VOICEMAIL with the answering service, he wouldn't have been charged this fee. He thought he was doing right by speaking with someone but it turns out that was wrong! These people don't care - they just rush you in and out as fast as possible to get your money and then try to extort more money even when they perform no service! When he asked to speak with the doctor, they told him, "The doctor won't call you on this - he's too busy." Just WOW! Wish I could give them zero stars. My son has now found another doctor so Dr. Brown, Desiree Norman, and staff can shove their fee! This place is horrible. I witnessed Dr. Brown completely disrespecting his office staff. It was extremely inappropriate and embarrassing to all.
