I've been a patient of Dr. Riddell's for years, and as always, I feel like I am getting the highest level of care during my visits. He is extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, perceptive, and relates well to his patients. Visits are never rushed - he takes time to listen to any health concerns and he answers any questions I might have. Dr. Riddell does a good job of offering proactive suggestions for improving my overall health without being pushy or judgmental. Great balance of professionalism & kindness!

Dr. Riddell has been my PCP for over 15 years. I have always been impressed by his caring manner and his professionalism. He is a great listener and I think that is his gift. You never feel rushed.

I have been with Dr. Riddell for over 20 years! He always listen to your problems and any questions I may have! He is my favorite Doctor. All my doctors are with Ochsner and to me he is the best. If he thinks you need someone else he will refer me to one! He is the greatest!

Riddell was rarely available and routinely pawned my father off on his NP particularly when my mother critically needed professional guidance. More concerned with career than patients. My father ended up being diagnosed as sub theraputic given Riddells inattention which caused significant trauma when he ultimately transistioned to a residential care home. Been with him for about 15 years. I’d probably be dead if it wasn’t for him. Over the years he’s discovered and treated several illnesses and diseases. He’s always prepared and knows why your there to see him. Very good listener. I cannot imagine ever leaving him, he better outlive me.

Great, patient Dr. that is compassionate and understanding. Hard to get an appointment but that is because he is great at what he does.

Dr. Riddell is personable, listens, explains and goes the extra mile for his patients. You may have to wait, but it's because he does listen and explains everything to his patients...a good dr may be on time, but a great dr may be a little late...should you have to wait, he is worth it your patience. My husband has several health problems, so I am speaking for him...he thinks Dr. Riddell is one of the VERY BEST.
