On time appointment and courteous staff. Dr Tusinski is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain any questions. Very satisfied with the overall health provider experience and facility.

Dr. Tusinski has been great so far. The only issue seems to be with the Clinical team in terms of Med Refills, not with Dr. Tusinski himself. He listens to everything that comes into play with my issues. He takes the time out of his day to go through things with you and work with you to find the best result. He does not demand things of you, OR tell you how treatment or medications are working for you, he listens. He is very patient with me and never makes me sit and wait to see him, I had a previous doctor whom left and I was automatically moved to Dr Tusinski. I am extremely happy that I landed with a Dr that makes me feel comfortable even when I'm very nervous and uncomfortable at the Doctors office in general. I also work in Health Care and can tell anyone reading this, that he is an amazing PCP if your able to get an open spot. Any negative reviews seem based on the people whom send them over, not about the Doctor himself. I can assure you, he will treat YOU, not just some random patient with a chart. Absolute worst physician...no communication...run tests never gets results...doesnt call in your prescriptions the pharmacy has to make several requests for him to refill...rude and unpleasant

Worst Doctor I have ever had. New to his practice seeing my Dr. I had for years retired. First can I say he doesn't even look at you for a physical, I had things I wanted him to look at and he didn't even give me the time of day. Second I called in for my prescriptions at 5:00 am on a Friday to be filled but it was out , so was told 24 hrs or 1 business day, for the Dr. to refill. I get to the pharmacy on Monday at 4:45pm and it's not filled so I called the office and I was told it takes 48 hrs, I said I'm here now can they just get it done so I don't have to come back? I was told they will put it in but it may have to be tomorrow, even though I am out. Thankful the pharmacy gave me an emergency fill. Third i dont need a Gynecologist for medical reasons, so during a physical a breast exam is necessary, had a Mammogram 6 months after and yes there is a lump. Dr. Tusinski has been my PCP upon his arrival at Harrington in Webster. Since day one Dr. Tusinski has had a professional, comforting approach to my care. Time is spent on, not only the purpose of the specific visit, but checking on things overall. This includes medical, as well as, life's stress situations. Dr. T listens to me and THEN develops his approach for treatment. He does not like to prescribe drugs, but rather conservative medication, when needed. September 15 of 2017 Dr. T made a few demands of me. The results, blood pressure is down from 157 to 110 and weight from 257 to 222. No medication required. March 1st Mom came to live with me. Her daily needs are increasing. This legally blind, with an eye implant, 2 hearing aids, diabetic, and bent over her walker woman accompanied me to my last appointment. I explained my situation and Mom's need for a Primary Care Physician along with my full realization that his roster was full. He looked at me sideways with compassion in his eyes and said, "How can I refuse." Look deeply in his eyes and you'll see a kind soul. He has been my doctor for years and rarely do you get a doctor who will listen as he has. I have a very complicated medical history and when I researched the blood work results a specialist had ordered for me, I believed I had found a rare diagnosis for myself. I discussed it with him at my next appointment and when I left he did his own research into my records and this diagnosis and agreed with my findings. Most doctors don't think about you after you leave their office, he did. I believe if you work together with your doctor on your health, you get better quality healthcare. He talks with me until we are both satisfied with the appointment and sometimes my appointments are lengthy as a result. I also like that he is open to a natural approach with herbal remedies when it is appropriate. He has been my doctor for years and rarely do you get a doctor who will listen as he has. I've seen Dr. Tusinski for a few years now and also my young daughter sees him too. I like the fact that he is very thorough with making sure I am getting all my medical care from all my specialists and that all my procedures are scheduled and taken care of. He is on top of all my medical needs. I have a extensive medical record with quite a few problems and he is always pro-active in making sure I'm getting in to see everyone I need to. The only issue I have and it's just started in the last year or so (I don't know if maybe he's taken on too many patients maybe) but prescription refills are not handled in a timely fashion. I will have to have the pharmacy call numerous times and then I will have to call too and sometimes still the ball gets dropped on his end with getting my prescriptions refilled.Other than that great Dr.!
