Comfortable waiting room, short wait, quality care
Worst dr ever, in and out in 10 mins, not even close to a Real eye exam.. I had to go for a second opinion because I knew my eye sight had changed when he said it didn't ?????????????????? Small-Town local business with excellent service & staff. Doc Zac is: Very personable: Takes a lot of time to explain reasons for prescriptive measures. Good staff: All staff members are courteous and friendly. Affordable: I saved about 40% on my annual checkup and eyeglasses over my previous optometrist at one of those eyeglass mega-centers.
horrible doc, horrible office from the 1950's refused to cancel my glasses prescription 15 minutes after I chose the wrong kind. I repeatedly called and requested the glasses NOT be filled several times within 24 hours. He ordered the glasses despite my requests and told me I was NOT allowed to change my mind. I reported him to MassHealth, Fallon, etc. horrible doc, horrible office from the 1950's refused to cancel my glasses prescription 15 minutes after I chose the wrong kind. … More
