The manager of this office has to go ,, since Dr Intini left , the nurses are gone ,, my nurse is gone ,, I was shock when I went to my appt, and she is no longer there ,, she was the best nurse ever and took really good care of me and family ,, I miss Dr Intini , no one will replace him ,, the front, new people that cant do their job ,, waiting time is ridiculous ,, what happened to this office .

If you want a place that cares please don't go here. The person that took Dr. Intini's place is very caring, BUT THAT STAFF IS RUDE AND VERY UNCARING.I think they missed their calling, because the medical field is NOT for them!!! And what's sad is you can tell them the problem, but they don't care. In this day and time, it seems, caring about a fellow man or woman is an after thought.

They can't get appointment times straight have me sitting in the waiting area for 20-30 minutes past my appointment time then they lost my appointment

I calledto get a prescription called in 7 hours later it still had not been done after 3 calls I was told they where busy and to hold, when I said no I wasn't going to do anymore holding and needed to get an email address I was told not to be rude

Wait times are exceptional. Staff is always friendly.

I have going to RSI/ Dr. Intini for a few years and I've received personal and excellent care. I loved Megan, it did take a while to get used to Corrine. I think she is great. Because of her my cancer was found early and has been successfully removed.

billing the patient takes FIVE months?? fees are exorbitant, they run tests that aren't covered by insurance with no warning on fees involved and the idiot at the front desk needs to stop calling everyone "girl" it's disrespectful and rude RUN away, Megan was awesome and I think Corrine has potential but not here

Great Staff and wait times aren't bad. Just wish they had a patient portal/website to view test results and office visits.

I have been searching general family doctor for over 5 years. When I was referred to Dr. Intini's practice I decided to give it a try because I work right across the street. I have had no problems at all with anyone in the office. Ms. Linda always has a smile and very helpful when I call to make appointments. Dr. Intini treated me like a person and actually sat down and listened to what I was saying instead of making a "Web MD" diagnosis. I have been searching general family doctor for over 5 years. Dr. Intini has been holding my prescriptions hostage he wants me to come in every 3 months with a recheck 1 month after each visit.He has charged me lab work for $300 which on previous visits cost $175. He knows I have no insurance and has comments like "Since you have the best insurance there is"Its bad enough I cant afford health insurance,then I get harrassed by the DR. My last visit he prescribed me 4 new medicatations. I went to pick up my meds (trip 1) and find out he had stopped my lorazapram ( which should mot be stoped abruptly due to the withdrawl symptons) Tramadol for a deteriated disc in my low back, and my blood pressure meds.So I call to find out what is going on and the nurse tells me Dr. Intini has put a stop on these meds.The nurse calls me back to let me know she will call these in for me.I go to pick these up (trip 2) and find Dr. Intini has cut the quanity back on the tramadol and gave me no refills on the Tramadol or Lorazapram.When I go and pick these up they are partial perscriptions.So I have to pay the same amount for a partial as a full perscription and I have to make another trip(#3) to the pharmacy.
